Lovely location, next the the main bus terminal and train station and an easy walk into the town. Staff was very polite and check in was easy. Bonus as our flight was at 10pm but they looked after our bags and allowed us to use the restroom to freshen up before we left for the airport. Room was clean and modern, had little extras like bottles of water, safe etc. Perfect for what we needed!

We had just checked in when my husband had a nosebleed which went on to complications that led to an emergency hospital admission. The staff had my back all the time, constantly reassuring me and helping with every little detail. They take care of every guest as if they were family. The rooms are very elegant, cozy and comfortable with old world charm but modern conveniences. Breakfast is substantial and fresh. The location can't be beat with bus and train just around the corner, restaurants nearby. If you want an Italian/Venetian family, stay at Arlecchino.

Great location for the train station and only a short walk from all the sights you want to see. Lots of restaurants nearby too. Room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent location near the train, bus & vaporetto stations. Lots of good restaurants, cafes, shops and conveniences nearby. The staff are fabulous, so helpful and obliging plus the front desk operates 24 hours a day. The hotel is nicely decorated and in superb condition. Very quiet at night with the windows closed-plus there is a lift!

Very convenient to train station and rooms have been recently remodeled. Super clean. Will stay here again.

Staf were very friendly and helped point out good places to go. Hotel right on a canal but very quiet. Close to tge bus station and water bus stop. Rooms big and well maintained. Excellent shower. Will definitely use again

Since it was close to bus station and due to the road work it was very noisy at night. The room was very warm but we could not leave the window open due to noise

Everything was neat and spotless the bathroom and shower were very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the linens and extra sheets smelled fresh and well-maintained, making it an overall wonderful stay.

Lovely hotel, lovely rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast in sister hotel a few steps away was plentiful with good variety. Short walk to station and close to nice food and drink. Recommend Dolfin restaurant. About 25/30 minute walk to St Marco Square but a lovely walk and nice to stop for some refreshments along the way.

Yes very helpfull and nice tidy room i would go back again but it would be nice to have a bit more variety on the tv other than news as being out all day then dinner it would be nice to relax to other than that it was good

We had a great stay. 6 of us met up in Venice for a day before traveling to cortina for the Olympics. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and patient. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. I picked this hotel because of the convenient location next to the bus station. It made an early exit from town super easy.
