It's a basic 3 star hotel located in the hills, price performance is good but room is not comfortable. More or less a motel.

The hotel has a beautiful view and is located in a lovely, peaceful area of Palermo, about 15–20 minutes from the town centre. It features a nice outdoor swimming pool, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The only aspect that could be improved is the breakfast, which is quite basic. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place if you prefer a quiet stay away from the busy city centre and want to enjoy stunning views.

Erg leuk hotel met een mooi uitzicht op de stad. Zeker aan te raden. Als je graag naar de stad gaat is het huren van een auto wel handig

We had an interesting experience with Hotel Bell 3. Arrived at the airport around 10am, and were supposed to be picked up by the hotel's driver. Well, it took us 1hr and 10-15 minutes to clear passport control, and once we got our luggage and went outside, driver was no where around. We called the hotel and they told us that the driver "waited an hour and left". However, he demanded that we pay him just the same. We took an Uber (taxi) to the hotel, which was $98 (quoted $68). We, of course declined to pay the hotel driver, which made things even worse. He flatly refused to drive us anywhere. Hotel was literally far away from everything, There were no stores, bus stops, or other restaurants around. We had to take the Uber where ever we went, which was super expensive. Trip to the town was $60-70, and to the beach $80-90, one way. Somewhere in the middle of our stay, we patched things up with everyone, and then took a hotel transport to the town and a beach. Other than that fiasco, we liked the staff, reception personnel, waiters, housekeepers, everyone was super nice and accommodating. However, if we were to plan another trip to Palermo, I'd choose accommodation closer to the city or a beach.

Das Hotel liegt in den Bergen mit schöner Aussicht auf die Stadt und das Meer. Im gesamten waren wir zufrieden, wir hatten nur eine etwas modernere Unterkunft erwartet.

Absolutely fantastic hotel with incredible views. We have stayed here before and will stay here again - a perfect base of serenity above the wonderful madness of Palermo!

My favorite components were the free breakfast and the easy transportation to Mercado Del Capo in Palermo. Also, the staff were so kind and helpful!

L'hôtel était très bien, loin des bouchons et les coups de klaxon du centre. Belle vue, calme et agréable. Le seul bémol, la piscine était fermée malgré la chaleur du mois de mai.

Måste ha med sig taxipengar. Finns ingen affär i närheten. Ingen vattenkokare. Sen fick man betala 20 euro per person om man ville använda poolen den dag som man checkade ut från hotellet, dåligt eftersom de var så gott som tomt där. Annars var de rent på hotellet och lugnt. Men hissarna var jätte långsamma.

Prima hotel, mooie schone kamers. Geen geluidsoverlast. Ver weg van restaurants, de enige in de buurt was gesloten. Nadeel is dat de weg er naar toe erg smal en ongemakkelijk rijden is

The property was clean and modern, the breakfast was varied and filling and there was good ventilation in the room. But most importantly, the staff was really friendly, helpful and accommodating. From the cleaning staff, to the front desk everyone was lovely which made my stay really pleasant.

Man bør ha bil når man overnatter her i flere dager da hotellet lå litt utenfor sentrum. Hotellet hadde dog avtale med sjåfører så man kan enkelt bestille bil i resepsjonen. Hotellet og omgivelsene er ellers som balsam for sjelen, rolig, vakre omgivelser og meget hyggelig betjening. Anbefales.

Hotel was lovely the staff were very helpful and house keeping did a great job looking after our room. We also struggled with the air conditioning which will be a problem in the height is summer also pool wasn’t open The down side was the location it proved very costly to get taxis. There was a shuttle that was brilliant but left the city at 5.30 pm so if you were out later the taxi was 40+€

Top Hotel, sehr schöne grosse saubere Zimmer, nettes Personal an Rezeption und Frühstück. Ich konnte sogar den Pool benutzen (halblegal ;-)) obwohl er noch nicht offiziell geöffnet hatte. Super erfahrung!
