Good location, only a couple minutes walking distance from Milano train station.
The reception staff are warm and helpful. They gave recommendations for dining and even help to reserve a table for us in a good restaurant in the neighborhood.
Breakfast is also worth to choose, will stay here again if next visit in Milano!

The hotel is pretty close to the Milan Central Train Station and M2 metro line (within 5 to 10 minutes by foot). The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Room is big, though a bit old, is clean. All drink in the room is free of charge, which is great. Overall the experience is good.

Towels were scratchy and the shower changed temperature randomly, but the breakfast made up for it, exceeded expectations. There was a super dusty vent in the bathroom too.

Wish hotels.com would give option for breakfast included in price of hotel. It was expensive and were not informed of the price. $108 (15 euro per person) for 4 per day for a breakfast is not cheap!
But everything else was excellent!
