波提切利酒店

與家人出席在意大利親友婚禮，先到彿羅倫斯遊玩，住宿酒店很近景點，服務員也很貼心服務。下次來遊玩也會再入住。

Front desk Elia was very friendly helpful, gave us dining tip and hot water boiler. Famous restaurant ZaZa is right in front of the hotel. Very convenient location. The hotel room is very small. 3rd floor u still need to climb about 10 steps which was very tough if u have big luggage. Breakfast is great and it's included which is a big plus for the stay. Door man is also very helpful too. They asked us to sign a waiver of our contact info for receiving info right at the counter and it's in Italian. We r not happy with that. Hope they change the policy not to ask the guest to do that.

The location of this hotel is convenience, which is quite close to the underground station (5 mins walk). The customer service of this hotel was excellent, all were friendly and helpful to us. Breakfast was also good. We would like to stay in there next time if we come to Roma again. Highly recommended this hotel regarding to the price is reasonable, excellent customer service and breakfast.

很满意，位置很好。就是有点临近市场，很多吃饭的会拉客很不好。酒店特别棒，2曾还有小阳台，去景点都很方便。早餐还行。

中央市场近在旁边，购物及观光非常方便

在訂房時有告知這次是我們的蜜月旅行，飯店特別幫我們選了風景較好的房間，還送了一瓶白酒，讓我們很開心，很貼心的服務。飯店門口就有兩家有名的餐廳，並臨近中央市場。走路到火車站&SITA巴士都只要10-15分鐘，走路到市區(聖母百花大教堂...)也大約15分鐘。服務人員都很熱心，有停車場(需收費)。

一般我不喜欢住在火车站附近，但是佛洛伦萨那么小而且我们就待两晚，所以就图方便了。其实这个酒店离火车站还是要走10分钟多的，而且如果行李很大不是很方便因为人行道都很窄。不过酒店本身很不错，装修，设施，房间都很好，而且房间很大，早餐也不错。酒店的地理位置特别好， 离所有景点都很近，就在一个大市场旁边，有很多餐馆，离Duomo就5分钟路，很方便。

Lovely hotel. Central location. Everything was about 10 min away. It was a birthday trip with my little daughter and the staff surprised me with a cake and a candle for breakfast. Breakfast daily was so good! They have umbrellas for the rain. Nice hot shower. Just great. Would stay here again.

Rent o fint o mysigt hotell med perfect läge. 10 min promenad till tågstation o lika långt till Duomo. Trevlig o hjälpsam personal Toppenfrukost. Vi återkommer gärna.

The room was spotless, and the staff was very nice and accommodating. Beautiful lobby. Rooms are outdated and could use some remodeling. Breakfast is great. Excellent area.

This cutest little hotel in the middle of Florence! The location was perfect just a 9 minute walk from the train station and no more than 10 minute walk to the tourist spots around the city! Right in front of the hotel is an incredible trattoria with a huge line! Just my luck I showed up and they had a spot for me! Would definitely book again if I find myself in Florence again!

This hotel is excellent. I loved how they cleaned our rooms , breakfast was excellent.
