與家人出席在意大利親友婚禮，先到彿羅倫斯遊玩，住宿酒店很近景點，服務員也很貼心服務。下次來遊玩也會再入住。

Front desk Elia was very friendly helpful, gave us dining tip and hot water boiler. Famous restaurant ZaZa is right in front of the hotel. Very convenient location. The hotel room is very small. 3rd floor u still need to climb about 10 steps which was very tough if u have big luggage. Breakfast is great and it's included which is a big plus for the stay. Door man is also very helpful too. They asked us to sign a waiver of our contact info for receiving info right at the counter and it's in Italian. We r not happy with that. Hope they change the policy not to ask the guest to do that.

The location of this hotel is convenience, which is quite close to the underground station (5 mins walk). The customer service of this hotel was excellent, all were friendly and helpful to us. Breakfast was also good. We would like to stay in there next time if we come to Roma again. Highly recommended this hotel regarding to the price is reasonable, excellent customer service and breakfast.

很满意，位置很好。就是有点临近市场，很多吃饭的会拉客很不好。酒店特别棒，2曾还有小阳台，去景点都很方便。早餐还行。

中央市场近在旁边，购物及观光非常方便

在訂房時有告知這次是我們的蜜月旅行，飯店特別幫我們選了風景較好的房間，還送了一瓶白酒，讓我們很開心，很貼心的服務。飯店門口就有兩家有名的餐廳，並臨近中央市場。走路到火車站&SITA巴士都只要10-15分鐘，走路到市區(聖母百花大教堂...)也大約15分鐘。服務人員都很熱心，有停車場(需收費)。

一般我不喜欢住在火车站附近，但是佛洛伦萨那么小而且我们就待两晚，所以就图方便了。其实这个酒店离火车站还是要走10分钟多的，而且如果行李很大不是很方便因为人行道都很窄。不过酒店本身很不错，装修，设施，房间都很好，而且房间很大，早餐也不错。酒店的地理位置特别好， 离所有景点都很近，就在一个大市场旁边，有很多餐馆，离Duomo就5分钟路，很方便。

Ett litet familjärt hotell med anor! Professionell, vänlig och väldigt serviceminded personal. Alla! God frukost. Centralt beläget men ändå lugnt. Glöm inte att betrakta taken i foajén etc samt att gå ut en sväng på balkongen. Inga jätterum eller gigantiska badrum men funktionsdugligt och rent. Allt du behöver finns. Skulle gladeligen återvända till Florens och då boka samma hotell.

Very very dated but clean & basic. No kettle/ tea etc in room. No actual bar, just very dated settees. Breakfast ok. Staff lovely & friendly.

A localização é perfeita e o café da manhã muito bom!!

El hotel es bellísimo, digno de Firenze. A una cuadra solo del mercado central y excelente ofertas gastronómicas. Además teníamos todo cerca! Habitación super grande, iluminada, una obra de arte bellísima! con baño super amplio, camas cómodas. Quizá un poco ruidoso todo, y no podíamos disfrutar la vista abriendo la ventana en su totalidad. El personal de recepción era fue el mejor, sobre todo a Filippo que es un excelente empleado de recepción, nos ayudó en todo, es un profesional de verdad, gracias Filippo por hacer nuestra estadía un 10 en Boticelli!! Además ofrecen servicio de umbrello de cortesía para los días lluviosos. El desayuno nos gustó mucho pero quizá tenía algunas opciones limitadas, menos el jugo que la maquina era genial . Para cambiar: Nos dieron una champagna de bienvenida por nuestra luna de miel y viaje familiar, que si bien sabíamos que estaba incluída, nos sosprendió gratamente. Pero, lo único que vimos flojo fue el aseo de la habitacion ya que la botella estuve alli con todo 2 noches y nunca la retiraron. O sea que lo más flojo fue el personal de limpieza. La zona es segura, quizá con mucho movimiento, a 10 minutos de la estación central a pie. fuimos con un niño pequeño y nos pareció una gran elección. El tema de deja la llave por seguridad, quizá da un poco de desconfianza, pero nada grave. Volveríamos a elegirlos sin dudarlo.

There are no words to express how much we loved our stay! My sister and I arrived to such welcoming people. We spoke both English & Spanish, which they were able to assist us in either language. I’m extremely grateful to have experienced Italy and have a wonderful stay. Love the staff! Everyone was so kind and helpful.

Quarto excelente, café da manhã muito bom, próximo do mercado central de Florença e a uma distância de cerca de 800m da estação de trem. Tudo perfeito, podendo fazer as atrações todas a pé. Muito bem localizado. Precisamos sair cedo no checkout e nos providenciaram um café da manhã para viagem. Quarto espaçoso e todas comodidades muito boas.

Lovely hotel. Central location. Everything was about 10 min away. It was a birthday trip with my little daughter and the staff surprised me with a cake and a candle for breakfast. Breakfast daily was so good! They have umbrellas for the rain. Nice hot shower. Just great. Would stay here again.
