與家人出席在意大利親友婚禮，先到彿羅倫斯遊玩，住宿酒店很近景點，服務員也很貼心服務。下次來遊玩也會再入住。

Front desk Elia was very friendly helpful, gave us dining tip and hot water boiler. Famous restaurant ZaZa is right in front of the hotel. Very convenient location. The hotel room is very small. 3rd floor u still need to climb about 10 steps which was very tough if u have big luggage. Breakfast is great and it's included which is a big plus for the stay. Door man is also very helpful too. They asked us to sign a waiver of our contact info for receiving info right at the counter and it's in Italian. We r not happy with that. Hope they change the policy not to ask the guest to do that.

The location of this hotel is convenience, which is quite close to the underground station (5 mins walk). The customer service of this hotel was excellent, all were friendly and helpful to us. Breakfast was also good. We would like to stay in there next time if we come to Roma again. Highly recommended this hotel regarding to the price is reasonable, excellent customer service and breakfast.

很满意，位置很好。就是有点临近市场，很多吃饭的会拉客很不好。酒店特别棒，2曾还有小阳台，去景点都很方便。早餐还行。

中央市场近在旁边，购物及观光非常方便

在訂房時有告知這次是我們的蜜月旅行，飯店特別幫我們選了風景較好的房間，還送了一瓶白酒，讓我們很開心，很貼心的服務。飯店門口就有兩家有名的餐廳，並臨近中央市場。走路到火車站&SITA巴士都只要10-15分鐘，走路到市區(聖母百花大教堂...)也大約15分鐘。服務人員都很熱心，有停車場(需收費)。

Most of the amenities were good. The elevator was extremely old and dirty. The rooms although small were clean. Staff were helpful. Good location to the main attractions.

A localização ao lado do Mercado central é espetacular, ao redor existem ótimos restaurantes, lanchonetes e mercados. O café da manhã é muito bom, e é servido em um ambiente confortável. A opção de quarto com a Janela elevada é muito boa, recomendo a experiência

Very clean room, nice and cool. Staff - all of them - were amazing! It's in a central location and you can walk to all the famous sites and also near the train station to go elsewhere! I loved this quaint, clean, affordable hotel and highly recommend it!

The room was very clean and had all the amenities that we expected. The front desk staff was very friendly and courteous. And the breakfast was very good too, offering the full range of foods from eggs, proteins, and fruit. And coffee and cappuccino!

Our stay at Hotel Botticelli was very special. The rooms were spacious for my family. We had two rooms both with air conditioning. Breakfast each morning was delicious and consisted of various types of food. During our stay, the hotel staff brought my sister a special cake and sang her happy birthday. It was such a special surprise that warmed our hearts. This hotel is outstanding and is perfectly located. The market is located nearby and has the best pizza and pasta. The Florentine steak and gelato is a must. It’s perfect if you are traveling with family.

We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Botticelli, thanks to its perfect central location and exceptional staff. The hotel is within easy walking distance of Florence’s major sights and incredible local restaurants, yet it still provides a peaceful, charming retreat. What truly stood out was the warmth and professionalism of the team; everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and assist us throughout our stay. With its authentic Florentine character, clean rooms, and unmatched hospitality, we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence and can't wait to return!

great location

Had a great experience. The location was very good, everything was very walkable from there. There was many dining options to choose from. It was roughly 5 minutes from the Duomo and 10 minutes away from the train station. The property is well maintained and pretty. The staff was helpful and were always available. Breakfast was good and the staff was very nice. The AC in the rooms worked great and was enjoyable after very hot days. The rooms were big and comfortable.

A very good hotel close to the historic centre and multiple restaurants and shops. It’s an old building with a lot of character and very comfortable with helpful staff. The rooms are relatively small although well designed to enable sufficient storage/ wardrobe space for a few day’s visit. We would certainly consider staying there again.
