Furnishings were nice. Easy walk to anywhere. Water transport station very very close. Managers/owners were very helpful and accommodating.

The hotel was very clean, air conditioned, and on the water. The staff was very accommodating, letting us leave our luggage before check-in and after check out so we can enjoy more of the city before our departure.

Lovely room with a great view of the canal. Quiet spot at night as at the end of the walkway. Easy check in at the hotel along the canal. There is work being down on the canal outside so there was some noise first thing in the morning. Safe wasn’t working in the room and we could find English channels on the tv (not the end of the world!). Not a proper shower. Just a shower head to use in the bath. Bed was quite hard but got used to it and air con worked well. Would book again!

The room is old and well kept. It was very clean and the seevice was excellent. There is no elevator. The bed was somewhat hard and the pillows are hard as a rock.

This was a great location right by a drop off area for the ACTV. The area was quiet and still an easy walk to any restaurant or shopping. The room was a little smaller than we anticipated but still cozy and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Very small room and tight shower stall. I think the cost is pricy but that may be the trend in Venice in general. On the plus side, it is close to the bus and train station so saving us some effort in dragging our luggage across many bridges and cobble stone path.

I’m an American living abroad in the UK, and Venice was my first broader European trip. The most beautiful city I’ve ever seen! The hotel was lovely and clean and charming, and the location in Cannaregio was very nice—a bit out of the way of the densest tourist areas but still beautiful, walkable and interesting with lots of dining options.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Also, its within easy walking of the Venice's main train station. The Hotel Leone front desk, who look after the Ca Dogressa, were polite, professional and very helpful

The first place had no heat and was therefore miserable. Unusual cold weather And the heater had not been started in time. The staff responded immediately the next morning, placed us Should we say at Frederico? in a much more modern extremely nice facility to compensate. Overall, the experience was good.
