并不是非常理想的住宿体验，地理位置稍微有点偏，并且我们住的房间并没有面向大运河。浴室里的水温稳定性很差，吹风机也不好用。

Annex room is around 50meter to the main hotel building The room with privtate bathroom inside, very clean and comfortable but wifi connection is sometimes weak Room is quite big with a shared kitchen and refrigerator

not very far away from boat station, the room is quite clean, staff is nice. you can enjoy ur breakfast just around the river.

Very clean hotel but will be good if there's a kettle in the room. The bathroom is a bit too small. Take 25 mins to walk to bus terminal and about 20 mins to train station. There's a restaurant just right by the hotel

Great! The hotel owner is very friendly and welcomes guest with heart. Breaskfast was good though not much varieties ( however quality is better than quantity).....A restaruant few hundred meters away is very nice too. Hotel was located around 10 mins from station (but walk without luggage). All along this stay was satisfying.

The hotel was a very easy walk from the main train station and staff were very kind and accommodating about us leaving our bags early in the morning and coming to check in later; there was also a washroom available to guests before check-in, which we appreciated. The actual room was in a separate building from the main desk, and did not always have someone in the building, but there was a receptionist on the morning we were checking out to accept our key back. Overall everything was very clean, easy, and friendly!

No elevator. Bathroom has hand shower only. No shower curtain or door. Hand shower has no place to hang high. Advertised roof top with view but was closed. No access. The only good thing is location to use water bus to airport like 640am in the morning.

大きいスーツケースがあったので、とにかく駅から近く、大きい橋を渡らない立地で探しました。 スーツケースかかえてヴェネチアの橋(階段)を渡るのは結構大変です。 ホテルとのやりとりは、予約した段階からメッセージが丁寧で、実際に現地スタッフの対応も良いです。 チェックイン＆荷物預かりは、宿泊場所とは異なります(300mぐらい離れたところ)が、案内も丁寧でわかりやすいので特に問題ないです。 エレベーターがないので、スーツケースを3階まで運ぶのは大変でした。 屋上テラスからの眺めを期待していたのですが、 上階への階段が通行止めになっていて、見られなかったのが残念でした。 24時間ヴァポレット券を買っていたので、 帰りは、ホテル最寄りの船乗り場から、駅まで一瞬で帰れてすっごい楽でした！

It is a great location. Close to the waterbus, train station and walkable to everything.

The room was clean, there was a bath-shower combination (no glass so it was hard to shower), 10% off the restaurant downstairs which had very friendly staff. Check in was handled at a different hotel. Conveniently located by the train station.

You have to check in at a different hotel 200 meters away. There is no one at the lobby at any time. Room was big and spacious with a big bathroom, that was a big plus! Location was excellent. Other than the checking in at a different location it was an overall good experience.

My favorite hotel of all of our trip! Beautiful view, conveniently located off of a water taxi stop and close but not too close to the heart of Venice. Just enough away from the busyness to relax but within walking distance to relax.

Location was excellent

A localização é muito boa! No geral, vale o custo-benefício! Porém,como pontos negativos: as pessoas do prédio da frente falam muito alto e fazem muito barulho! Os hospedes também achei muito barulhentos, como não tem recepcionista, nao tem como reclamar . Não tem elevador, dificulta muito quando se tem malas pesadas! E o fato de fazer check-in ser em outro predio tbm dificulta a logística!
