He provided helpful information in regards to airport transportation and provided a kettle for me.

Chambre luxueuse, grande et bien décorée. Notre chambre était située coté cours donc très calme et vue sur le dôme. Petit déjeuner fourni et varié. Localisation parfaite pour faire du tourisme dans la vieille ville, à 5 minutes du dôme. Resto sympa à proximité. De l'aéroport, inutile de prendre un taxi ou le train. Le tram vous laisse à 5 minutes de l'hôtel.

Le personnel a l’accueil était très moyen
Sur le départ bien mieux.
On nous a conseillé sur le stationnement à la fin de notre séjour. On nous a laissé faire au à notre arrivée alors que Florence est dans une ZTL

Our room was right off the main lobby and it was extremely loud. Beds were not the comfiest. Breakfast very basic. Excellent area and amazing walking distance to everything. We loved the little cafes down the street for breakfast.
