I spent 4 nights n this hotel in a room for the disabled even though I am not handicapped. The location of this hotel provides you with easy access to the main tourist attractions like the Fontana Pretoria and it's just a 15-minute walk to the bus and train terminal (if not carrying a luggage). The main entrance is not on Via Maqueda, so you have to pass through a small pathway with some stinky rubbish bins to get to the hotel. Well, it's quite common to see rubbish bins poorly handled in Palermo. There are some bars and pubs in a nearby street but the discos are far away. The room was quite dim and run-down. There are always disturbing sounds from the pipeline, from the other room or from the corridors. I could hardly sleep in the morning. Maybe I usually stay in the room in the morning, no cleaning service was provided on the first 2 days. The hotel staff, no matter the morning shift or evening shift were very helpful d tried their best to accommodate my need. If the hotel can possibly be renovated in future, I still think that it's a bargaining choice.

The wifi is weak signal in the room..should go out side of room can used. not really convenience for me. room is clean amd nice.

Lovely large room with painted ceilings in the centre of town. Great place.

Small bed, location was very good. No real complaints. Not expensive, so it was alright.

Great location! The coffee was great at breakfast and the front desk was helpful.

Toilet would not flush. Toilet seat wobbled. AC(?) caused door rattling noise. Cleaning staff noisy outside. Phone did not work but staff responded promptly thru website. Very small shower area. No elevator and had to go thru 6 flights of stairs. Staff helped with luggage. Motion sensors for light unpredictable and sometimes left me in total darkness while moving around.

City centre location. Reasonable choice in breakfast. Friendly staff

The building is quite old, with beautiful architecture and some quality antique bedroom furniture. There is no lift, but no problem! I am not the fittest person and this was noticed so my suitcase was carried up to the room - by a very polite young man called Marco who should go far in the hospitality trade. A very quiet location, even though it is only a stone's throw from Via Maqueda, one of the busiest streets in Palermo's historic centre. All in all, a great find - well done Expedia.

Hotel très propre. Joli carrelage très brillant dans l'entrée qui sert aussi au petit dejeuner. Lieu calme excellemment placé au coeur de Syracuse mais sans bruit , très appréciable la nuit. Lits confortables. J'ai particulièrement aimé qu'il y ait toujours quelqu'un à l'accueil de jour et de Nuit. Nous étions 2 femmes seules ,2 amies avec chacune sa chambre= Nous nous sommes senties accueillies et, en sécurité . Bon rapport qualité prix pour cet hôtel de centre ville juste à l'angle d'un rue piétonne très joyeuse et animée. Attention , pas d'ascenceur si vous avez une valise lourde et n'êtes plus si jeune . Juste 69 ans pour moi

Ubicazione centrale e comoda. Camera molto semplice. Bagno un po' piccolo. Pulizia leggermente da migliorare. Colazione limitita. Reception aperta h24.

La location était parfaite. Près de tout. La chambre minuscule et la salle de bain aussi. Le déjeuner était correct, il ne faut pas s'attendre à un déjeuner américain. Il était servi à partir de 7:30, ce qui nous a beaucoup plu. Les employés étaient en général peu sympathiques... très difficile de communiquer en anglais. Peu d'explications claires sur nos questions....

Breakfast food Fresh. Clean Room. Air Condition not needed or used. Staff Nice & good. Like the location. In the Old Town and walked to most everything about 6-7 miles a day. Not Luxury but would recommend it.

Old and needs a renovation to the rooms.

Le personnel est très agréable, l'hôtel très propre, le petit déjeuner copieux . Le café est excellent, ce qui est un vrai plus. Seul bémol: bien que situé à l'écart des rues animées, l'hôtel est très sonore. C'est dommage car il est très bien.

Fint hotel til pengene, rigtig god service, central placeret. Alt inden for gå afstand. Roligt område. Perfekt hvis man leder efter et sted at overnatte, men bruger hele dagen ude i byen;)

The staff were very accommodating and nice. The hotel is kept clean and they will give you anything that you ask for, as needed. (Just ask) A lot of construction going on in the area, it can make getting anywhere a little difficult, but you can navigate it with a little practice. Breakfast was good with a few choices that seem to follow Italian custom. It's charming inside and everyone is nice.

Personnel accueillant et hôtel propre. Pas d'ascenseur et surtout literie ne correspond pas du tout à un hôtel 3 étoiles. La salle d'eau est au standard des années 1980. L'hôtel est bien situé pour visiter Palerme à pieds, hors Monreale (taxi ou bus), la rue quant à elle, n'est pas spécialement attrayante. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas non plus digne d'un hôtel 3 étoiles. L'hôtel n'est pas non plus désagréable et le personnel est souriant mais à ce tarif, il y a certainement mieux.
