Surprised to be promoted to their sister "hotel Bernina' which is right in the Bahnhof square of the famous Bernina Express departure. Breakfast is fantastic.

Unser Economy Zimmer hatte ein sehr, sehr kleines Bad.

Vintage, clean, great towels

The hotel was comfortable and welcoming, with a clean room and a great breakfast. Friendly service and a great location. I recommend air conditioning in the room.

Only positive was proximity to station. Shabby room with uncomfortable bed. Ask for ice at reception ..they didnt have any!

Bene la camera con letti confortevoli. Purtroppo essendo lato strada rumorosa con rumori che provengono anche dalle altre camere. La testa letto della mia (204) confina purtroppo con il bagno della vicina. Neco complesso però un buona pernottamenta

Das Hotel liegt praktisch gelegen in der Nähe vom Bahnhof. Bei der Ankunft war ich positiv überrascht, dass es eine Reception hatte und es KEIN Self-Chek-In Hotel ist. Ich wurde sehr freundlich begrüßt und konnte sogar früher einchecken. Das Zimmer und Bad war Tipp Topp Sauber. Das Bett war mir zu hart. Das Frühstück ist Continental und einfach gehalten, mit einer großen Auswahl an frischen Früchten und Gebäck.Ich komme gerne wieder.

Although our stay was comfortable and the check in and check out was easy the hotel feels like it needs updating. The doors have standard keys without a dead bolt from the inside of the room. The laminate covering of the bedroom door was peeling away. Dated bathroom with mould above the shower. It wasnt expensive and very convenient for a 1 night stop over travelling between St Moritz and Anzio. Despite the updating required, I would stay here again for 1 or 2 night stop over. Travelled with husband and 2 teens (15&13) and shared a family room whilst interrailing.

Excelente hotel, pode fazer tudo a pé.. Apesar do quarto ser pequeno, foram muito gentis e pude trabalhar num espaço reservado.

Hotellet var rigtig fint og medarbejderne var søde og hjælpsomme. Det lå super godt ifht toget og resten af byen. Jeg boede i et meget billigt økonomiværelse, som var rent og pænt og havde alt, man havde brug for.

We arrived by train the hotel was central and very pleasant. The lady who checked us in was extremely helpful. If I visit Tirano again I will stay here again

Es un hotel sencillo, al ingresar, pero se nota que las habitaciones han sido renovadas. Nos tocó una habitación cómoda, Limpia y espaciosa.

Personally, the room I was assigned wasn't the most suitable. It was old, the shower was super small, and it didn't have air conditioning. There were other modern and very nice rooms. I looked at them, but I was given the worst one. The location was excellent, very close to the BERNINA EXPRESS station, just three minutes away. The surroundings were very pretty.

La habitación le faltaba mantenimiento. La TV no funcionaban los canales por baja intensidad del internet. Las conexiones de luz eran deficientes. El piso de la habitación sucio.

Severely understaffed. There was a group of about 30, who were split between 2 hotels ( that's very poor) I had to wait until they had all been dealt with, irrespective of my place In The queue. I booked this hotel because it had secure parking but was told it wasn't avalablee due to a festival in Town. Broken electric fittings = dangerous. Mouldy grout in shower. The lady in reception was fabulous. Management cannot thank her enough. Give her a big bonus. As for the management/owners, they should not be in hospitality. They are in it for greed. The hotel is tired

Enkelt att hitta och smidig incheckning. Personalen pratar engelska. Men bristfällig städning, silverfiskar och en loppa som inte lämnade oss ifred under natten. Fick sova med lampan på.
