The location of this property was ideal as we were there to watch our son compete at the Special Olympics Worlds! We were within walking distance to the ski hill, restaurants and many shops. Didn't even have to use our rental as it was safely parked in the underground parking through the hotel. The only thing better than the location was the staff!!! My bad if i spell names wrong but Luka from the afternoon shift was amazing. He set us up with reservations for dinners at places that were so amazing, that i can't thank him enough. If you get the opportunity to go to Sestriere and get to have the privilege to stay at this hotel, do it!

Melhor hotel em Sestriere

qualche problema al check in con il pagamento (confusione su riscatto notte bonus). L'hotel non ha aria condizionata e d'estate questo è un problema.

stayed for 5 nights with my adult son for a 5 day ski trip. it iwas an ideal hotel for a boys trip. we rented a junior suite with two double beds with a glorius view of the mountain and the cig-roc lift. the main entry and ticket office to the sestriere ski resort is directly across the street from the hotel. the ski check is below the ski ticket office so that was an added plus! we drove to the hotel rather than take a complex blend of trains and buses and with car rental prices so cheap in milan airport it came out to about the same price for two of us. the breakfast is ok. nothing cooked but enough to get by. the staff were kind and wonderful people. the only reason i gave 4 star is because the hotel feels dated but that was also charming. if skiing is your main object and you want to be as close to ski in/.ski out in a comfortable setting that doesnt break th bank, this is your best bet.

This is the perfect place to stay in Sestriere for skiers since the bus stop, ski rentals, lift tickets, ski lifts & restaurants are so close.

Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Purtroppo accettano gruppi di persone poco civili che si ubriacano e fanno rumore tutta la notte impedendo di dormire.

Buon hotel in centro, con vista bellissima e camere spaziose.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the location of the hotel is the best in Sestriere.

tre giorni con mio figlio a sciare, personale gentilissimo,servizio ottimo, piatti di ottima qualità e di bella presentazione,di sicuro ci torneremo

Positivo:cordialità e disponibilità del personale,camera ampia e silenziosa,letto comodo,posizione vicino alle piste Negativo: doccia mal funzionante,troppo caldo in camera,alcuni elementi della colazione ( bomboloncini con la crema all'interno ancora parzialmente congelata,alcune brioche non ben lievitate.

Hyggelige ansatte, god beliggenhet i forhold til bakken. Bodde i 1. etg ut mot gaten, og merket mye støy fra tungtrafikk og fulløe folk utpå natten. Anbefaler åp bo litt opp i etasjene:)

A very nice hotel, friendly service and a very nice restaurant. Excellent location near the ski lifts. The room facing the street had a wonderful view but was somewhat noisy.

Nice well positioned hotel, perfect for the ski slopes

La prima volta che ho soggiornato tutto ok ,dopo aver reclamato la camera prenotata perché mi avevano assegnato una camera inferiore. Questa volta ho prenotato una camera matrimoniale grande e mi hanno assegnato una piccola letti singoli e dopo il mio reclamo mi hanno dato una piccola con letto matrimoniale. Successivo reclamo e mi sono trovato in una matrimoniale grande e per disabili.Niente bidè,doccia con tenda appesa ad un tubo tenuto con nastro adesivo,tv senza canali con menu' in tedesco,frigo rotto inservibile,lenzuola bucate,peli nel letto,plastica nei materassi.Riscaldamento buono nel bagno ma in camera niente calorifero,solo un ridicolo ventilatore ad aria calda.Lampadine bruciate e una presa elettrica staccata dal muro.Buona la colazione.Check in da dimenticare.Dopo lo scherzo non ci sara un terzo soggiorno in questo hotel 4 STELLE.

Piuttosto breve ma estremamente gradevole, avendo unito vacanza a lavoro la qualità dell'hotel mi ha reso estremamente piacevole il soggiorno.
