不错，感觉还行的

非常乾淨 很近旅遊景點 早餐也很好

好古典的酒店checkin 時被安排到對面街酒店入住 但設施都相似 升降機超級慢 而且好細需要左穿右插才到達頂樓房間 房內空間足夠 但燈光太暗 十分近景點

除了地點絕佳，離聖馬可教堂步行2分鐘！ 房間看似典雅，但家具都非常老舊⋯ 早餐尚可！但12月入住的這個價格非常美廉

很棒的地點，服務人員親切

第一天廁所水流很慢，連一小張衛生紙都沖不走；第二天早上掛請勿打擾牌子，結果晚上回房間濕毛巾被放在床上，馬桶有被修理好，但是廁所地板很多小小的碎石子。

The location was fantastic. The room was nice. The problem was sewer off gases. Not sure if they came from our bathroom or the outside. The smell was quite gross. There were actually no staff at this hotel. We had to check in across the way at the neighbouring hotel. The man there was very nice but it took over an hour to get checked in as there was a line up and no other help. The breakfast was also nice but again at the other hotel. The hotel Diana seems to be just an extension of the other one(Pananda)

Già trovare un hotel a due passi da S.Marco in pieno Festival del Cinema è sempre stata un'impresa, ma trovarne uno di categoria superiore ad un prezzo molto contenuto è stata veramente una bella sorpresa.Check-in e colazione nell'adiacente hotel Antica Panada,camera e bagno confortevoli,ed una posizione strepitosa!!!!

Short walk from St. Mark plaza. Awesome location. Shower was a single stream of water but piping hot.

Upon my day of arrival, I was met by a locked door, but another guest went out and I stepped in. Nobody was at the reception and there was no bell or way to contact the hotel. I waited for 10 min. and suddenly an elderly man appeared. He worked at the hotel and was mad at me. Accused me of forcing the door open as that would be the only way I could have gotten in. I told him how I got in but he accused me of trespassing. He gave me my key but was still very unpleasant. After this I saw I had gotten an e-mail the day before explaining how to check in. The mistake was mine, but still unpleasant. The room was clean enough but smelled like mould and a rather strong smell of sewer came from the bathroom every time the room above me flushed out. The hairdryer was a very old mashine on the wall with a thick plastic tube through which the air blew. The front cover of the mashine was loose and fell off as soon as I used it. I told this at reception and he gave me a hand held hairdryer where much of the outer shell plastic had melted. Also the plastic around the controlbutton had melted so as soon as I plugged it in it started blowing and couldn’t be controlled as the button was stuck. Upon my day of departure there was no locked room where I could leave my suitcases after I checked out, so I had to carry two suitcases all the rest of the day through the streets of Venice with all its bridges and stairs! The place is cheap, but you shouldn’t expect much if you book a stay here.

Perfektes Hotel.

The property is very close to Saint Mark's Square. And for the purpose of my creative business trip...my art show, filming for my Youtube channel, photo shoots...it was very convenient and helpful and made our project easily successful. Restaurants were all around. They were, however, high end restaurants although prices were comparatively reasonsble compared to cities like Los Angeles and New York. I really didn't stay at the hotel. My crew did. They had no complaints at all. Lobby was beautiful (I saw it because it was just right across my hotel, Antico Panada). Breakfast was served at Antico Panada. Both hotels must be owned by the same company.

We initially selected the hotel for its location as it is close to St Marks where we had some tours booked. The initial concierge was friendly enough but did not go out of his way to assist however the other staff were either non-committal or almost rude. There were no usual hotel amenities such as a kettle or toaster and upon asking we were told straight out no. The bathroom was quite cramped and very antiquated.

Bra hotell med bra centralt läge så ett stort plus! Personalen var mycket trevliga. Däremot stämmer det inte att receptionen är bemannad 24 h. Det framgick efter bokningen vilket var så där. Likaså vid incheckning och frukost var på hotellet mitt emot som också framgick efter bokning gjord. Frukost okej, lite sparsamt men absolut tillräckligt. Överlag bra hotell om du bara ska bo och sova.

I was confused if breakfast was included in the price or not, but left too early in the morning for it to matter.

San Marco Meydanına 50mt.mesafede çok sessiz sakin küçuk ama temiz bir odada kaldım.

The property was fine. My room was on the 4th floor so had to walk up narrow stairs to get to it. The room was clean and I had no issues.
