Here’s a polished review you could post: --- We had a wonderful stay at Etna Hotel! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. They went above and beyond by organizing a fantastic trip to Mount Etna for us, which was truly unforgettable. Everything was well arranged and stress-free, making our holiday even more special. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality — we can’t wait to come back! 😊

Merveilleux ! Les 3 personnes que j'ai vu à l'accueil ainsi que tous les employés sont très compétents et polyglottes. Nous avons eu la chambre familiale avec un petit jardin. Propreté impeccable et la salle de bains était spacieuse. La piscine est un petit bijou détente garantie après une journée bien chargée ! Avec vue sur l'Etna 😉 Nous étions en voiture et le parking gratuit est également un atout.

Un chouette hôtel pour sillonner les alentours, Taormina, Acireale, Etna. Nous avions une chambre spacieuse avec une grande salle de bain le tout très propre et surtout avec une petite terrasse donnant sur la très agréable piscine et face à l’Etna! L’ambiance est très tranquille! Le petit déjeuner agréable sur la terrasse et correct.

Absolutely adore this spot! Staff were great - except for one waitress in the restaurant who decided our child shouldn’t eat tiramisu and so she told us it was sold out. Was pretty judgemental. Everyone else was fantastic and would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Veldig flott hotell! Nydelige omgivelser og føltes litt luksus. Veldig sjarmerende og godt vedlikehold. Vi bodde her kun en natt, men hadde ikke hatt noe imot en uke her. Barna koste seg i bassenget og bassengområdet var veldig koselig. Litt lite renhold rundt sitteplassene ved bassenget, men ellers topp på renhold ellers.

This was our 2nd visit to them. The room we booked was not given to us. They said we only booked for 4 ppl when we booked for 5 and then charged us an additional $160 at check out. They blamed Expedia for not paying them properly. In addition, the room that we stayed in had NO internet because it was not attached to the main building. That caused an issue for those in my party that needed to work a few hours each day. They added bar charges to the check out and we paid cash. They took the charges off but had I not caught it, we would have paid twice. Won't be back.

Hotel familial avec vue sur l’Etna. Service à l’ancienne avec personnel nombreux et professionnel. Chambre #206 5/5 Propreté 5/5; qualité et variété pdj: 5/5 (vrais œufs brouillés, salade de fruits vraiment frais). Installations, piscine, extérieur 5/5 (transats, fauteuils etc) Restauration possible à la piscine. Tres bon rapport qualité/prix. +- 150€ avec pdj, restauration à la piscine. On sent que le propriétaire soigne les détails qui rendent le séjour agréable. Préférer les chambres à l’étage donnant sur la piscine (205,206…) plutôt que celles en face de la reception. Y retournerions nous?: oui.

Prachtig uitzicht op Etna. Uitzonderlijk vriendelijk personeel. Kamers hebben wat onderhoud en upgrade nodig.

Stanza non pulitissima, si vedeva dello sporco sul pavimento, oltretutto la stanza dava sulla strada e gli infissi non filtravano il rumore della viabilità! Il letto molto duro. Inoltre ieri la doccia fredda perché era bloccata la caldaia. Insomma tante cose da risolvere e rivedere

Hyggeligt hotel, ikke langt til stranden, dog lidt kedeligt byområde. Bagved dog plantage og flot udsigt til Etna. Værelset fint, dog manglede vi muligheden for at lave kaffe/te. Ikke vild med éngangs plastik glas. Kunne dog låne i restauranten.

Sehr nettes Hotel mit Atmosphäre und freundlichem Personal. Prima Restaurant. Einzig das Badezimmer ist wirklich sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Bett so mittel. Die Erwähnung der kritischen Punkte soll aber nicht davon ablenken, dass wir einige sehr schöne Tage hier hatten. Würde nochmals hier buchen.

Loved the view of Mt Etna especially during eruptions! Staff very helpful, breakfast was fine - but go down early if you want the full choice, pool was great. Limited options at pool bar, but plenty of sunbeds (never a towel scramble as you get in some places!) Decent size room and good shower.

Dejligt lille hotel og skøn udsigt. Rigtig fin restaurant. Elendig seng og kedelig morgenmad.

Lovely setting

Hotel très agreable et paisible dans une propriété de citronniers et avec unr grande piscine et un restaurant sur place (de bonne qualité) . Certakneschambres avec terrasse ou petit jardinet tres agreable. Un peu à l ecart des villes touristiques mais bien situé pour une excursion sur l' Etna. Un personnel charmant et serviable et un petit dejeuner servi en terrasse, très varié et avec des produits fait maison (gateaux, yaourt ...). Même si le cadre exterieur de cet hôtel n est pas ideal pour des sorties nocturnes., nous avons adoré cet endroit pour son ambiance reposante.

Very cozy hotel with a great view of Etna. Location of the hotel requires a car as there are not a lot of activity and restaurants near the hotel.

Right under the volcanoe, gorgeous furnishings! Great staff
