没有电梯，没有空调，只是位置比较好

For the facility, I guess the only thing that satisified me was the stable connection of Wi-Fi inside the hotel rooms. For other facilities and utilities provided, it was quite disappointing - the towels are not water-absorbing enough, the centralised heating system would be turned off after mid-night no where to place the bathing jet, shampoo, etc, inside the bathing tube, the water was not strong enough, only 2 electronic sockets were available inside the room. Well, if you are seeknig something basic, you can still try. At least the staff will be more than willing to offer you assistance.

I don't like this hotel very much, for the quality and sanitation are not quite good. The location is near to the S.M.N. station and quite a few site points, which comes in very helpful when we go site seeing.

Worst hotel ever They never sent the code to get in has to call to the “emergency number” they gave it to me and the room number once I got in it was self check in there were no keys for the assigned room they told me, u call back again to the “emergency number” and they said they were en Rome so they couldn’t do anything. There was a guy that lives there but supposedly doesn’t work for the hotel but he was wearing a shirt with the hotel logo, he had no answers neither solutions he just stood there and look us trying to call the help number. I had to take the keys available and start opening doors to check what room was available. AVOID THIS “HOTEL” It is so sad that Expedia can’t do anything on this cases you guys should take care or your customers and help them with solutions. -1 stars to Expedia too.

Ubicación inmejorable y a buen precio! Hermosa vista . Buen servicio de limpieza y mucha amabilidad por parte del recepcionista, quien nos permitió ingresar a la habitación previo al horario establecido y nos ayudó con nuestras maletas. Lo único a considerar es que no hay recepcionista todo el tiempo, y que hay que subir varias escaleras para llegar al cuarto ya que no hay ascensor. Fuera de eso todo excelente, lo recomendamos!

The location is great but for me that’s where it ended. The rooms are okay but without air conditioning in the hot summer it’s very hard to sleep.

If you want location this will work.but nothing else really.ceiling fan was useless in the heat and lead to £ terrible night’s sleep

The hotel has comfortable rooms, and check-in is very easy thanks to the virtual reception. I would add a refrigerator in the room.

This was a terrible place. There is no AC in the room. The room was dirty. The shower knob was broken. And we found cockroaches in the room. We left as soon as we seen them and got a different hotel. Do not recommend. Find somewhere else to stay

The toilet runs continuously and randomly flushes all day and night. No handle on the shower to control the water. I had to find a bottle opener to be able to turn on the shower and control the temperature

フロントデスクスタッフがほとんどの時間いません。そのため共同のシャワーが水しかでないとき対応してくれるスタッフがいませんでした。机と椅子は脚が壊れてました。6日泊まりましたがタオル交換はありませんでした。エアコンがないので季節が良い時に泊まるのが良いと思います。

1 stella perché 0 non si può dare. I miei genitori hanno trovato l’hotel chiuso. Un giovane ragazzo ha urlato a mio padre chiedendo chi li avesse fatti entrare. Alla fine, i miei genitori se ne sono andati senza potersi riposare e senza nemmeno aver visto la camera che era stata prenotata. Una vergogna! Spero almeno che ci venga rimborsato l’importo pagato online.

Der Zimmerschlüssel ist ein alter Schlüssel mit Bart... In meinem Zimmer wurde ein USB-Kabel gestohlen.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Absolutely no front desk. We showed up and could not get our hotel room open. Dirty and poorly maintained place with absolutely awful customer service. Management would not answer the phone for us nor Expedia. Not sure why this listing isn’t removed.

No A/C was a major downside. Shower curtain was moldy, floor was disgusting, front desk was empty nearly the entire time. Worst hotel of our trip by far.

It's in an old building with a smell of humidity in the stairs, no one was there at the reception. The lock was very old and very tricky to work. The location was good, the room and bathroom was very clean. They sent me a WhatsApp with the codes for the doors and where to pick the bedroom key.
