The room was very clean and great quick breakfast buffet to start the day! Felt very safe

We had a great stay at this hotel, Sorrento is brilliant and the hotel is good quality at a reasonable price. We really liked the pool, it was a great temperature in the heat and never too busy to get a sunbed. I read some people moaning that next doors pool was better; next door is also a lot more expensive! Staff were lovely, very helpful and welcoming. Do be aware that the hotel is 20 minutes walk from the town centre, which feels a long way in the heat, there’s also not much in the local area. We also had an issue where the hotel tried to charge us €30 to throw away a damaged suitcase which seemed a bit over the top. But all in all we liked the hotel.

Centrally located to downtown

We turned up to the hotel in the evening and was met by the friendly receptionist who checked us in. When we got to the room we had no running water - which wasn’t ideal. I went to reception, where I was given little support and was told it’s perhaps just maintenance. Thankfully we woke up to water again. The hotel was around a 20 minute walk from the centre and the bus/ train station which felt much longer in the heat. The outside of the hotel and pool felt modern and well looked after. The room was very basic and didn’t feel as nice. There was no complimentary water etc - which was frustrating with how far the nearest shops were.

Beautifully upgraded! Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast, which is included with the stay. Location to main square and harbor was also great… only about 1 mile away.

This is a lovely hotel a little outside of Sorrento. 7 min walk to a beach club and 20 min walk into Sorrento. Everyone who works there is so helpful and kind. Pool was sooo nice in the heat too!

The hotel is within walking distance to restaurants and the main part of town. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. We felt comfortable and safe at all times. The one inconvenience we experienced was parking. There is no parking in the area but they offer an offsite valet service with an external vendor for 30 euros a day. So we had to notify them an hour before we needed the car. Breakfast buffet was delightful. They had gluten free options which allowed me to partake in bread and coffee cakes. The hostess was so friendly with a smile on her every morning. Overall, it was a pleasant experience staying here.

They charged me extra amount like almost same as the whole room for an extra person for only 1 night I feel ripped off I am sorry I did a reservation for 3 and my son decided to go at last minute and for a kid they charged me that crazy

This is n an excellent hotel! The room was amazing and the staff was even better. Could not say more about the staff, super friendly, accommodating and helped in every way. Everyone at the front desk made our stay better. The breakfast was great and the breakfast staff was truly a joy. The folks that came to clean the rooms as well, super job and always respectful of your things and made our stay even better. If I ever come back to Italy, I will be coming back to hotel Isabella.

Hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful, slightly out the centre by around 20 minutes but for the price you can’t complain

The ladies on the front desk were really nice! The men were not as nice.

All of the staff are so friendly and helpful! Hotel is very clean and great lobby with lots of seating and lobby bar! Breakfast was included and tons of hot and cold options. No parking on site but there is valet for $30/day where they park your car for you and bring back with a 1 hour notice. Parkade also close by for $2.00/hour. Would stay here again!

Average hotel. Not sure if it’s a four or a three star hotel. The staff were ok but compared to other places in Italy much less helpful and positive. Big rooms. Everything worked. The breakfast was far from impressive. The pool is ok but no bar just one person helping. On the other side of the fence there is another four star hotel with bar, restaurant and ice cream by the pool.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and breakfast each morning was best we had in Italy. Good location away from busy Sorrento, it’s 10-15 min walk to city center. Beds are comfortable, rooms clean, good A/C and staff are kind and helpful in providing recommendations for restaurants and activities.
