This is an older hotel, so it's not as updated as some hotels around, but it had great chariter, is safe, quite & reliable. It's also very close to food, & the metro station & tourist attractions

The hotel advertised an airport shuttle yet when we inquired about it they said they could call a taxi for us but there was no shuttle. Our safe did not lock. The whole place is dingy and run down. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Although the location was good, I would not recommend staying there.

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room we were given had bed bugs, and we discovered them shortly after checking in. It was absolutely unacceptable, and we decided to leave the hotel immediately. When we informed the staff, they refused to offer any refund or compensation, which made the situation even worse.
We strongly advise others not to stay here — the hygiene and customer service are both completely unacceptable.

Hotel location was excellent , close to everything and very walkable. The hotel itself is dated. We had an adjoining room with 2 bathrooms, however there was no hot water in the second bathroom for our entire stay.
