Single room was adequate and clean, although basic. For the cost, i think breakfast should be included. Had to share shower

Hotel location was excellent , close to everything and very walkable. The hotel itself is dated. We had an adjoining room with 2 bathrooms, however there was no hot water in the second bathroom for our entire stay.

I like the location of this hotel because is nearby restaurant and tourist attractions as well as nearby train station.

Decent hotel. Woken up at 9am for unknown reason by employees banging and yelling on everyone’s door

This is an older hotel, so it's not as updated as some hotels around, but it had great chariter, is safe, quite & reliable. It's also very close to food, & the metro station & tourist attractions

The hotel is close to major attractions so that they are very walkable. They also lined up transportation for us to the airport.

I traveled to Rome by myself and honestly I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay ! I stayed in the economy room which was honestly perfect for just me and very much in my price range . It’s nothing fancy but perfect place to sleep if you’re a person on the go like me. The women who was there when I checked in was so sweet . i recommend this place for my solo travelers who don’t wanna stay in a hostel. The location is great .

We booked this location based on decent reviews and location (which actually was great). It wasn't on a busy street so it was quiet at night. It also had a functioning AC which came in handy for those hot July Night. We traveled with some other friends who stayed at an Air Bnb next door. However, one of my friends seemed to have some sort of reaction to something in the room which caused a slight rash on the first night. Thinking it would just go away, we didn't think much of it. The second day however, she broke out in hives all over her body and was having difficulty breathing and her eyes were shut close. I ran to speak to someone in the front desk and it was an older man who was so dismissive and rude. Stating that "it must have been something she ate" which was not true as she only broke out in hives in the room. I showed him photos of her and he kept saying that "it's not true since this has never been reported before". We were not looking for a refund or anything, I just wanted to know what it could be if maybe the sheets or mold in the AC. He kept reiterating it was something she ate and when i stated that it wasn't that he rudely said "oh so what she hasn't eaten today?" in a very snarky and condescending matter. We are so thankful we had some friends staying at an Air Bnb next door so she can go stay with them. I don't know what would have happened if that wasn't the case. Very rude staff and for that- I would never stay here again.

Nice hotel, just spend a night here to catch a flight. Great location close to the main station

Simplesmente não há limpeza no quarto, fazem somente o básico que é cobrir a cama. Box do banho extremamente apertado, sensação de tudo improvisado, os hóspedes dos quartos vizinhos com muito barulho e o pessoal do hotel nada fazem. Localização excelente, pena que não pensam em nada no cliente!
