la suite était magnifique. le personnel discret mais à disposition pour tout renseignement ou besoin. nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre petit séjour

Chambre impeccable et personnel très agréable

J'ai tout exposé dans min courriel de réclamation. J'ai payé pour une chambre 2 personnes avec petit déjeuner inclus. Arrivé a l'hotel oin me dit que le dejeuner n'est pas compris en me faisant comprendre a mu mots que je ments ou triche. Experience desagreable, e ange desagreable, experience client desagreable,

Ça fait plusieurs fois que nous venons dans cet établissement toujours très bien chambre propre clean bien agencé bien isolé.

Bel hotel.confortable. l accueil sympathique. le petit dejeuner parfait.

La gentilezza e la competenza di tutto lo staff ha reso questo soggiorno indimenticabile ❤️un ringraziamento particolare alla responsabile Estel, che con la sua disponibilità e generosità ha contribuito ad alleviare un problema sorto improvvisamente.per quanto riguarda la cucina, da uno a dieci darei un undici.Torneremo sicuramente.GRAZIE DA TUTTI NOI

This is a very nice hotel, with wonderful staff. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast is ample and varied -- eggs, bacon, pastries, yogurt, cereal, toast, juices, coffees, etc. The hotel is in the exact center of town. There is extremely limited parking near the hotel, but lots of it about ten minutes' walk away.

Albergo al centro del paese quindi vicino a tutte le strutture necessarie (negozi, ristoranti etc). Personale molto gentile, camere pulite, spaziose e molto comode. Se avessa più spazio nel parcheggio sarebbe ancora meglio.

L’hôtel est très joliment décoré la literie et la propreté sont optimum. Cependant nous avons été placé au dessus du bar ouvert tard : très bruyant très longtemps. Je ne l’ai pas signalé à mon départ car c’est l as première fois qu’on ne me demande pas ma satisfaction. Heureusement j’avais bénéficié d’un prix promotionnel

La experiencia no resultó todo lo buena que hubiera deseado, pues al reservar con Expedia, la oferta era alojamiento y desayuno, pero al llegar al hotel solo nos habían reservado el alojamiento. Expedia se ha hecho cargo del coste del desayuno, pero el rato que pasas en recepción tratando de averiguar que ha pasado, está de más. La habitación era muy buena, amplia, limpia, cómoda, con vistas a la montaña; el desayuno es mejorable, lo único que valía la pena fue: la fruta fresca y los dulces de hojaldre; para ser Italia, el café era regular.

Har varit i Sauze och åkt skidor tidigare och bott på dyrare och mycket sämre ställen. Trevlig spontanuppleveöse att svänga förbi och återupptäcka Sauze. Sommarpriset var angenämnt, vistelsen också. Enda problemet: ombyggnationer på gatorna invid. Och omöjlig parkering. Men snabb laddning av den hyrda elbilsjäveln bara 1 min från K2.

Hotel molto curato per un tre stelle, camera ampia, pulita e silenziosa. Letto comodo e bagno accogliente. Una menzione particolare per il personale della reception: gentili, simpatici e disponibili. Bravi

We were a family of 4 staying in the family suite which was excellent with great facilities, modern, and roomy. Only slight downside was the noise from the ski hire shop directly above, 8am to 6pm. Staff very helpful and responsive. Breakfast ok, wide-ish choice. Hotel is in a great location. Could do more to compete with the lively apres-ski bar/hotel next door. All in all it was excellent and would stay again.

Nous avons eu une superbe chambre avec un surclassement pour l'anniversaire, Top !

Goed restaurant

Dans la région de Briançon peu d’offres d’hôtes, notre choix s’est porté sur le K2 , non loin à vol d’oiseau (30kms) sauf que la route pour y accéder serpente fort et qu’il nous a fallu près d’1:30 . Rapport qualité prix excellent ce we du 11 nov. Hôtesses d’accueil souriantes mais pas pressées et qui ne parlent pas anglais heureusement que nous parlions un peu italien. Hôtel joliment rénové au cœur de la station . Chambre surchauffée ( on l’a signalé) faute d’actions on a dormi fenêtre ouverte ..pauvre planète :’) )

Excellent séjour. Hôtel très agréable. Personnel très sympathique.

La camera è spaziosa con ina bella doccia; eccellente la pulizia e colazione molto abbondante
