This is a very nice hotel, with wonderful staff. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast is ample and varied -- eggs, bacon, pastries, yogurt, cereal, toast, juices, coffees, etc. The hotel is in the exact center of town. There is extremely limited parking near the hotel, but lots of it about ten minutes' walk away.

We were a family of 4 staying in the family suite which was excellent with great facilities, modern, and roomy. Only slight downside was the noise from the ski hire shop directly above, 8am to 6pm. Staff very helpful and responsive. Breakfast ok, wide-ish choice. Hotel is in a great location. Could do more to compete with the lively apres-ski bar/hotel next door. All in all it was excellent and would stay again.

Excellent stay in a very centrally located hotel with easy access to ski hire, ski lessons, ski pass and ski slopes. Many bars, restaurants and cafes in less than a minutes walk. Lovely bar, restaurant and cafe onsite. Nice continental breakfast. Extremely pleasant and friendly staff with a very personal tough. They go out or their way to accommodate your request. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and modern with a great en suite shower. I got a small single room and considering my window looked out into a back alley - it seemed an expensive stay at over £100 per night.
The staff were very helpful. Morning breakfast was comprehensive and tasty.

Centre of village which is convenient but be warned, close to and in earshot of a few bars/clubs so can be noisy at kicking our time 3/4am. If like me you like to sleep with the window open be prepared to be woken up every night. We moved room once but it made no difference.

K2 is a very nicely designed and well ran hotel in the centre of Sauze d’Oulx. Rooms and bathrooms have a modern alpine feel, clean and well equipped. Ours happened to have a large balcony which offered nice view of the town and mountains. Breakfast is good continental style and they will cook an omelet or scrambled eggs if you ask. Ski room is a separate small wooden building with each room allocated it’s own locker - is perfectly fine but if want thawed out gear you should take boots to your room (we didn’t so just fyi). They do charge €10 per day for parking which I didn’t expect and thought was a bit of an unfortunate cheap shot considering how everything else was pretty much perfect. Would stay again for sure.

We staid 2 nights and the room was small but the beds nice. Its located right into the village center.
The only bas thing was: the heating was just uncontrolable and we had to stand a inside temperature in the room at night of 27 DEGREES..:(((
And we lost one plastic card-key ( happily we found it back later ..) : they tried to charge us 50€ ..!!!!!! for the plastic card...!!!
