Ottimo soggiorno all’Hotel Fortezza di Firenze. La posizione è davvero strategica, comoda per muoversi in città e ben collegata. La struttura è bella, curata e accogliente, con ambienti piacevoli e ben tenuti.
Un grande complimento va soprattutto al personale: gentile, disponibile e sempre attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo il gesto di offrirci il caffè prima dell’orario di apertura della colazione, visto che dovevamo partire presto: una piccola attenzione che fa davvero la differenza.
Le camere erano pulite e ordinate, garantendo un soggiorno confortevole. Comodo anche il parcheggio in loco, disponibile al costo di 20 euro a notte, soluzione pratica per chi arriva in auto.
Esperienza decisamente positiva, hotel consigliato!

I traveled with my family. Although the hotel is located about a 15–20 minute walk from the main attractions in the city center, it is worth it.
Here’s why:
1. The hotel lobby is staffed 24 hours a day.
2. The staff were very helpful and stored our luggage both before check-in and after check-out.
3. Mohamad and Marianne (I may be forgetting the exact names) at the front desk were extremely helpful in resolving my rental car issue with Hertz in Sorrento.
4. The room was clean and modern, and housekeeping came every day.
5. It was very quiet at night—no loud tourists or traffic noise.
6. The rainfall shower had perfect water pressure, and the hot water was truly hot—not the tinny drizzle and lukewarm water we experienced in other hotels in Italy.
I wish the hotel would consider replenishing the two free water bottles every day.

下佛倫倫斯車站後搭公車一站就可以走到飯店很方便，可惜剛好遇到在施工。早餐簡單，但是吃得飽分量足夠。飯店有點老舊，燈光昏暗，但是空間充足，wifi速度較慢，房間內收訊較差。有提供熱水，但是要跟服務人員要才會提供。

We had a very nice stay overall. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful throughout our visit, making sure we had everything we needed. The room was very clean, and well kept.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning was no longer working during our stay (end of October), so we had to sleep with the windows open. As a result, we ended up with quite a few mosquito bites — apparently common in Florence that time of year.
A lovely gesture was receiving breakfast boxes on our departure morning since we had to check out very early. That extra attention to detail was much appreciated.
Overall, a pleasant stay with great service — just wish the room had been a bit cooler and mosquito-free!

We stayed for one night to be close to the airport. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff pleasant and helpful. They even printed boarding passes for us. The only negative was that they listed on the website that they had a 24-hour airport shuttle, but they could only use a taxi. They called a cab for us early the next morning and it came quickly. We would have preferred the certainty of an in-house shuttle.
