旅店的地點在老橋附近，附近環境很好，很多店可以逛，也有很多餐廳。但離火車站有距離，拖行李很難走，很累。最近的公車站至少要走500公尺。

The staff was amazing, beautiful property

This place is good but not quite great. I’d stay again if the price was right. The location is excellent. The check in was easy. The facility is a little dated and the layout is odd, but it’s fine after you come and go once or twice. We had a standard room and it was definitely basic, but you probably didn’t come to Florence to sit in your room much. It was fine though, hot water and a comfy bed with a smart tv. My biggest gripe, and the reason I couldn’t say that the location was “excellent”, was the breakfast. It sucked. I didn’t pay for it originally, but they offered it for 10 euro a day each person so I paid. Do not do this. Just walk 5 minutes out your door and pay 8-15 euros a day for an actual good breakfast. Other than the odd layout, dated room, small elevator, and terrible breakfast, the place was totally fine. And to me, the location is everything and this location was 10/10.

I’ve stayed at this property several times over recent years so I have seen changes - some good and some not great. The staff is very nice and helpful. That has always been my experience. The lobby changed to the first floor a couple years ago and is a much nicer welcome! The rooms are clean but found the bathroom to be very tiny in the section of the hotel we were in. No elevator to rooms means the poor employees have to lug heavy luggage up and down the long staircase for guests and I found this to be very disappointing. There should be a staff elevator to transport luggage. On route to our room I felt a bit like I was in a college dorm - with a hallway split between hotel rooms and I believe a school….not very appealing or at the caliber of the hotel. The rooftop bar views are quite beautiful but the only atmosphere is the views at sunset. I miss the old bartender who was quite passionate about mixology. My drink was overpriced and not so good.

The staff was great from when we checked in to the time we left. The rooftop bar was amazing every evening to overlook Venice and the location couldn’t be better for those who like an inter-city hike and time at the museums. We travelled with our children and they loved it as well. Only two small issues were some ants in the room, and the shower drain seemed to be quite plugged. I am sure those are easily fixed and would not stop me from coming again. Worth every Euro, must be one of the best places in downtown Florence.

i don't like the hotel has a small bathroom . everything is close to restaurants and stuff

Hade förväntat mig få uppleva lite mer av det historiska palatset. Frukosten var ok men tror att hotellet hade tjänat på att servera frukosten i en av de större salarna för att öka känslan att hotellet är ett en gammal palats. Personalen var trevlig förutom en som inte verkade veta vad god service är. Närheten till allt gjorde dock upplevelsen mycket tillfredställande.

Never stayed in a palace! What an experience! Everything was 100% or more!

Incredibly beautiful property located in one of the best locations all of the great things to say are 2 to 10 minute walk at most. The building has a great Italian old architecture, but beautifully done interiors. The room I stayed in had its own steam room, its own sauna and a Jacuzzi and a living room. The staff went out of their way to assist me because I did not have a digital copy of some of the things I needed for check-in.

The property’s location is excellent. You step out and find restaurants, bars, creameries it’s excellent. The rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was in a great location and we enjoyed that it was more unique due to being in an older building. The room was actually very big so plenty of space for our family of 4. Only odd thing was that there was not much furniture and it would have been convenient to have one shelf or dresser to put some stuff in or on. We had to instead use our suitcases on the floor to get our stuff in and out each day.

Room was great, super clean and roomy. Staff awesome and the rooftop bar with view of the city made the stay all the more memorable!
