Loved this hotel. Emanuel, front desk was really helpful and friendly. He made our stay very pleasant. He helped us book a tour to Siena, San Gimignano and Pisa. Lovely day trip!

Great. Centrally located. Walking distance from everything

Amazing stay, highly recommend! The garden room was spacious and beautiful! Do not miss out on eating at the onsite restaurant, the rooftop views of Florence are out of this world! Great breakfast and walking location is fantastic-close to all major sites!

An excellent place to stay. Within walking distance of the sights. The hotel itself is a converted palace and actually adjoins the Vasari Cirridorband is a hop step and jump away from Ponte Vecchio and Pitti Palce. The Duomo Uffeuci and Cechio palaces are a walk away! Its own restraint offers unrivalled views of the Florentine skyline. The resturaunts in the vicinity are outstanding in quality and value for money.

Superb accomadation. Some rooms have 16 th ce they frescoes as it’s a converted palace. It’s within walking distance of the sights and is walking distance from many good restaurants in the Oltrano! Its own resturaunt on its terrace offers unrivalled views of Florence. It is an excellent location and staff are most helpful

This is a good, if quirky hotel, but we enjoyed our stay here. We were in a garden facing (Superior) room, and the revelation of this location for us was that it was so quiet. Florence is a very busy city, and can feel a bit overwhelming, but once into the hotel, all the noise and hubbub of the city disappears and all you hear is the bird song. The room was clear and comfortable and we slept like logs. Breakfast was good. There is a restaurant for dinner which we didn’t use, but the roof top terrace and bar is terrific. Really lovely spot. Locally, Ponte Vecchio is a couple of minutes walk and the city is all very walkable from here. Also, lots of restaurants locally (we particularly like ‘Il Pacchero’ which did superb pizza’s!

Ok location and staff were nice and welcoming throughout the stay. Bit of light maintenance needed here and there to match the photos but for a city centre location, not bad.

Perfect location just off the Ponte Vecchio, towards the Pitti Palace, the hotel is walkable to everything. The staff were helpful, friendly, professional, and in particular, the restaurant staff went out of their way to be helpful and accommodate my food allergies. I cannot recommend this property enough!

We had a exceptional stay at the hotel very near to all the sights we wanted to see and visit.

Lovely room, clean and up to date. Breakfast was lovely, good choices.

Lovely location, very friendly staff, the sky bar was so much fun. The air control is central in that you cannot change to a/c if the hotel is on heat but we were able to leave the window open at night with a nice breeze. We would absolutely stay here again. Luciano at the front desk was especially helpful and friendly.

The property was very well located. The staff was welcoming and made us feel at home. The room was fantastic with large windows that opened up to a quiet courtyard.

Great location. Unfortunately no AC which meant window needed to be open, very busy street making it difficult to sleep. WiFi was very poor signal. Overall most people would like enjoy significantly but wasn’t the right fit for me since I needed internet access and need temp control. Staff was nice.

We had a lovely room facing the court yard. The staff were helpful and welcoming.

We adored every second of our long weekend spent with you. We were celebrating our daughter’s 21st Birthdays and you made it so special. We will be back very soon x
