Don’t be fooled by the pretty pictures. The lobby is dated and tired. At peak check-in hours, there is a long line and only one reception staff. Breakfast is included in the steep price but you may as well skip it unless you enjoy unkempt tables, overcrowding and terrible coffee from a machine (and this is Italy).

Ich hatte zunächst ein lautes Zimmer zur Straße; die Zimmer zur anderen Seite sind deutlich ruhiger.

Cet hôtel jadis excellent a perdu de sa fraîcheur et de son prestige. Tout était moyen sans plus. L’hôtel en général a besoin de renovation.

A parte la stanza piena di zanzare per il resto nulla da eccepire.

Bra frukost

O quarto e o café da manhã são excelentes o atendimento na recepção deixou um pouco a desejar. A informação quanto a distância da estação não é de apenas 6 min. O acesso a pé da estação é confuso e mais distante.

Very nice hotel that’s close to the center and close to the train station.We stayed 3 nights , had a good breakfast and had a place to park the rental car. We had a Nice spacious room with modern amenities. I would stay here again.

Great breakfast lots of choices

Hyvä aamiainen, ystävällinen palvelu. Lyhyt kävelymatka kaupungille.

Internet was non-existent. You had to stand in the passage to get a connection. Once inside room where was nothing. Even if you sat in the lobby there was only intermittent access. Had better connection in the deserts of Morrocco.

Het bed was erg oud. Bij het hoofdboord waren stukjes leer/kunstof af zoals ook bij de ombuow. Echt veel stukjes eraf. Ook stof op de lamp in de badkamer. In de gordijnen veel vlekken als ook de lampekap in de kamer. De ramen aan de buitenkant ook lang niet gewassen. Het ontbijt was prima als ook de service van het personeel.

Near train station, short walk to centre of town. Dated furnishings. Clean. Basic breakfast.

About 10 min walk to Piazza Bra and the Arena and another 10 min walk to Juliette’s House and the letter wall. Great shops along the way and many restaurants to choose from. The hotel is a little older, but well kept. An annoying shower head but not a big seal. Large assortment at breakfast. Overall we thought it was good value, not a long walk to the center. Taxi from train station was 12 euro but it was 16 to get back to the station. It’s close enough to walk, but it was 33 degrees and sunny and we didn’t want to haul our luggage!

O elevador travou com 4 pessoas dentro, o socorro chegou somente após nossos amigos insistirem muito. Queriam que descêssemos correndo risco de morte, sem dar assistência e nos expor a uma situação vexatória.
