Don’t be fooled by the pretty pictures. The lobby is dated and tired. At peak check-in hours, there is a long line and only one reception staff. Breakfast is included in the steep price but you may as well skip it unless you enjoy unkempt tables, overcrowding and terrible coffee from a machine (and this is Italy).

Das Hotel ist nicht wie auf den Bildern. Die Zimmer sind sehr alt und extrem abgenutzt. Auch etwas staubig - also nichts für Menschen mit einer Allergie. Das Frühstück war aber relativ in Ordnung.

The hotel was fine and the staff very friendly and accommodating. It appears to be an older property so the rooms are on the small side and had few plugs for electronics. Also, the water pressure in the shower was light, but adequate. The breakfast was very, very well set up. Well organized tables with more selections than perhaps any hotel I have ever stayed at. We did not take advantage on dinner onsite, but I looked at the menu, and it had numerous and varied selections. Had we dinner there, I don’t think we would have been disappointed.

Excelente hotel, ótimas acomodações, café muito bom com ampla variedades de alimentos e próximo do trem e centro da cidade. Recomendo!

The breakfast was sumptuous. The property was elegant and in a perfect location if arriving by train. Also, a nice 15-20 minute walk to the Roman arena and Castelvecchio and bridge. The value/price was entirely acceptable for the 4 star quality of the hotel and its amenities. I will definitely stay there again when i return to Verona.

An old fashion hotel, located a bit out of the touristic area of Verona on a mean highway. The shower didn’t work well and the tub didn’t evacuated the water at a normal pace. The staff is very indifferent to everyone.

Hotel excelente

Hotel was a bit dated. Very clean and breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Staff were professional and very helpful. However the mattress on the bed was uncomfortable - too hard. The room was tired and needed modernising, especially the bathroom. There was no air conditioner so the room got hot and airless, we had the window open but experienced noise from passing traffic. The hotel was near to the city centre, only a 10-15 min walk.

Airco werkte niet. Stond in wintermodus. Terwijl het buiten 25 graden was. Bloedheet op de kamer. Het hotel is zo’n beetje vergane grandeur.

Funcionários educadíssimos, café da manhã muito bom, quarto muito limpo. A distância até o centro de Verona não é muito grande para quem gosta de caminhar, como era nosso caso, então fiz tudo a pé: dá uns 25 minutos a pé. O hotel é pertíssimo da estação de trem: dá uns 8 minutos a pé.
