Clean and nice

Greit Hotell mange rom. Hyggelig betjening. Var i Verona 2 ganger på 1 uke og valgte dette hotelle som siste da vi flyttets os litt. Hotellet er stort mange rom. Froksot var god bra utvalg. Noe støy da personalet skyver soler og legger på nytt bestik i løpet av morgensrunden. Rommene preger også noe gamle . Noen bad er pusset pent opp. Er en del støy fra veien på øversiden da vinduer er svært dårlig isolert. Plassering. Spørst hva du skal. Men tar sin tid og spassere til kjernen . Men d finn taxi heldigvis;) Totalt sett, ja kunne nodd der igjen.

Nice hotel located close to the Central train station. Good room.

Very nice spacious room but no provision of kettle for making a cup of tea.

I did book by mistake twice The same day we arribe 2 hours before , hotel owners Werent willing to cancel o refund wasnt nice , even expedia didnt help

The staff were lovely. The room was a bit old fashioned and the mattress was very hard.

Personal recepción muy atentos, el hotel está muy viejo. Pedí una suite y parecía que faltaban muebles. Desayuno pobre y sin fruta fresca

Good hotel, about 30 minute walk from Verona's historic bits. Worked well for us. There was nothing wrong with the bathroom, but have had better at lower star rating. Was able to leave car after checkout so could explore city on foot

Basic. 3 star at best, not 4 star as it is listed and marketed

Needs a pool

Well I stay for two nights again fantastic place to stay 20 min or 30min from city centre easy to walk about, excellent breakfast, beautiful room perfect service and fast, they provided real coffee with pods , water too in room, they were fantastic place to stay. The only minus is spa is not included and would cost you between 70 to 80 euros. And the gym was closed at the time due to being refurbished. 😔

Hotel surrounding area wasn’t great but it’s an older hotel outside the city center. With that said still felt safe, clean-ish, worked staying a few nights. Was less than a 10 minute drive to all the Verona Tourist spots and the hotel itself had solid Spa options if we stayed longer would’ve def tried them out. Staff was helpful and nice. Parking was limited in the free outside section and then their garage was 10 euros per night. Not much food was open late at night around hotel but there’s a McDonald’s across the street that’s open late, along with that the hotel restaurant looked solid and was open pretty late as well.

Sehr freundliches Personal

Very good pizzeria close to the hotel. Definitely would recommend Pizzeria Rio.

Das Zimmer an sich ist sehr praktisch und groß. Das Personal an der Rezeption und Reinigung -top, beim Frühstück - lustlos, wenig hilfsbereit und mehr als kühl. Schlechter Kaffee (beim Frühstück) für Italien und 4 Sterne Hotel - einfach peinlich. Wir fanden das Frühstück generell nicht gut: überkochte Eier, eine Sorte Schnittkäse, eine Prosciutto , eine Prosciutto crudo (einziges zusammen mit Cornetti was gut war) schwarz gebrannter Speck..

Location

Hotel in gutem Zustand, sauber und ruhig. Gutes Frühstück.Gute Lage, Altstadt gut erreichbar. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Room was big and spacious. However, the air conditioning doesn’t seem to be working well hence it was warm. Toilet does not have shower curtain so water will tend to get in the floor. Customer service is not the best. Check in with hotel if they are able to help make preparation for birthday but message was totally ignored. Location was good (nearby train station)
