Great hotel

This is a very nice hotel.

Ottima esperienza. Stanza abbastanza accogliente. Personale molto cordiale. Colazione super assortita. Posizione abbastanza comoda. Facilità di parcheggio esterno.

Stanze pessimamente insonorizzate.

My friend and I stayed on the 4th floor. The room was not soundproof at all—you could hear other guests constantly. The heating pipes were extremely noisy and made it hard to rest. The reception staff were rude and unhelpful. We were given insufficient towels, and when we asked for hair towels, they brought the wrong ones. The minibar was empty, there were no proper toiletries, and the shampoo and soap were cheap, half-empty bottles with broken lids.

Ótimo quarto. Camas confortáveis. Equipe simpática. Pode estacionar o carro de graça na rua sem saída que fica o Hotel. Também tem estacionamento pago (10,00 por dia). Usei táxi para deslocamento com minha família (4 pessoas). Custo benefício ótimo (10,50 para ir até a estação para pegar o trem para Veneza).

El hotel es muy comodo tanto en su ubicacion como sus habitaciones Mas habia pulgas o algo semejante dado que recibi muchas picadas En fin deben mejorar la limpieza de las habitaciones Ademas, las mucamas son muy intensas e irrumpen la privacidad

Bien ubicado para ir en auto. Buen servicio. Habitación con olor a desagüe eso sí

Rent och sort, luftigt rum. Sängen var dock alltför hård. Bra frukost med ganska mycket att välja på. Restaurangen på hotellet var ojämn vad gäller rätterna, kan tyvärr inte rekommenderas. Trevlig personal. Massage på intilliggande spa’et behöver bokas några dagar i förväg. Bra, gratis hotellparkering.

Clean and nice

Greit Hotell mange rom. Hyggelig betjening. Var i Verona 2 ganger på 1 uke og valgte dette hotelle som siste da vi flyttets os litt. Hotellet er stort mange rom. Froksot var god bra utvalg. Noe støy da personalet skyver soler og legger på nytt bestik i løpet av morgensrunden. Rommene preger også noe gamle . Noen bad er pusset pent opp. Er en del støy fra veien på øversiden da vinduer er svært dårlig isolert. Plassering. Spørst hva du skal. Men tar sin tid og spassere til kjernen . Men d finn taxi heldigvis;) Totalt sett, ja kunne nodd der igjen.

Nice hotel located close to the Central train station. Good room.

Very nice spacious room but no provision of kettle for making a cup of tea.

I did book by mistake twice The same day we arribe 2 hours before , hotel owners Werent willing to cancel o refund wasnt nice , even expedia didnt help

The staff were lovely. The room was a bit old fashioned and the mattress was very hard.

Personal recepción muy atentos, el hotel está muy viejo. Pedí una suite y parecía que faltaban muebles. Desayuno pobre y sin fruta fresca

Good hotel, about 30 minute walk from Verona's historic bits. Worked well for us. There was nothing wrong with the bathroom, but have had better at lower star rating. Was able to leave car after checkout so could explore city on foot
