Location and staff were wonderful. The rest is not so much. Hotel is outdated with some repair done, but not very well. When we just checked in, it was a very strong smell of sewage in the bathroom from the toilet and it took 2 visit of the person when it was resolved. When we checked out 3 days later, it started to smell a little again. Air conditioners are not very strong, and surprisingly for us we realized that all electricity INCLUDING AIR CONDITIONERS turned off as soon as you leave room and give the key on reception. What’s bummer! You come a few hours later and your room is very hot again. So I would not recommend to stay in this hotel and definitely would not do it either

Great location

We had a room with a jacuzzi and a view. Perfect for helping achy feet relax after a long day of walking. The staff at the bar made things even more special.

Dirty room, horrible Air conditioning room was so disgustingly hot to sleep in, bug on bed, dirty sheets, tiny bathroom with leaking glass door, water all over the floor. Staff did not offer any sort of fan or compensation for the air conditioning being down or dirty room. Missed room cleaning one day. Would not stay here ever again.

Overall a good place to stay, within walking distance of the central train station and all the major attractions. The hotel is small but adequate, as are the rooms. Breakfast is very good. It is very clear that the staff members are proud of providing a good experience. Our only incident was losing hotel WiFi for almost a day, and the front desk insisting that they were not at fault - my phone and iPad were at fault. Later that day the front desk told us that a fault had been found and maintenance was fixing it. No apology for incorrect information earlier in the day. In retrospect not a major problem.

The room is specious and clean. Very close to all the attractions and the train station is five minutes walk which I really appreciated. I did not have to use any public transportation.

The in the single room was a tad bit tiny

Hotel was clean and conveniently located near to the train station. Room was large, bed comfortable. It was very noisy on the street even with the windows closed but that is to be expected in an older property. The breakfast was plentiful and varied.

This hotel was less than “okay”. It was a good location and the staff was very nice. But the rooms and overall building were not well maintained and were not clean. The water in the shower took FOREVER to get hot. If you’re simply just looking for a place to lay your head, this hotel will do. But if you are wanting more out of your stay, more comfort, amenities and a clean place, I would not recommend.

Quarto e banheiros minúsculos, mal dava pra se mexer. Solicitamos camas separadas na reserva e no primeiro dia informaram que não poderiam fazer , só no outro dia. Café da manhã fraco. Barulho excessivo nos corredores e quartos ao lado

We had a lovely visit to this hotel. Beautiful rooftop terrace. The front desk staff was excellent.

受付は丁寧で挨拶も良かったです。このホテルの魅力は屋上のカフェバーです。夕方から営業しドゥオーモが間近に見られます。お酒もお値段高くなく本当に最高の気分でした。残念なのはお部屋の掃除担当。担当が来てくれずに3日間ノー清掃。設備では洗面台の流れがものすごく悪く水がすぐにたまります。立地は駅からも近く重いスーツケースでも大丈夫です！ 初めてのフィレンツェでしたがホテルは総じて満足感ありました

Location is very good. Clean and comfortable room. We like buffet breakfast. Terrace with bar is a nice addition. The staff is professional, polite and helpful.

Here’s a polished version that keeps your tone but reads a little smoother: I believe we upgraded for the breakfast, and honestly, unless you’re paying for the convenience, I wouldn’t recommend it. In my opinion, it wasn’t worth it when there are much better and very inexpensive options close by. The room also wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. It lacked simple things like tissues and a shower cap, and the patio and bathroom walls were never cleaned during our stay. That said, the front desk staff was very friendly, and the location near the train station could definitely be helpful depending on your needs.
