"I chose this hotel for its proximity to the train station and city center, and it proved to be an excellent decision." FYI The hotel room I was in, has the tiniest shower space I've ever experienced.

Too high price for the properti condition like bedding, closet,desk, cooler etc.

Room did not have much of a view in the standard double, and couldn’t get a upgrade do to how busy it was being Easter but that would be the only downside of it all. loved the view and drinks from the bar on top of the hotel. Breakfast in the hotel was great, and hotel is located in great location close to train station and all amenities! Definitely would go back

Room is nice and clean, comfortable bed,, excellent areas, close to everything , the only thing is the building still has some under renovation and the antique closet is nice but was a little dusty inside

The only positive to say about this hitel is the proximity to the train station. They always try to give you the worst room in the hotel. When they change it us like we say in french They offer you to choose between LA PESTE and the CHOLERA

We had a fantastic view out of are 4th floor window of the Basilica of San Lorenzo, also from the roof terrace, magnificent. I would highly recommend this hotel 10/10

Perfect location for transport links and seeing the sights. Staff extremely friendly. Good choice at breakfast and didn’t feel rushed to leave. Very busy but still peaceful. Room kept clean and tidy by excellent housekeeping service.

The vibe of the place is all beautiful and bright and airy. The views from the balcony are beautiful of Florence and the vibe on the little alley on the side with the cafes and bars was lovely. The room is airy and not super congested like other European rooms I stayed in. Bathroom is not bad just a tight shower. If you’re a bigger person, like me, please upgrade to a bigger room to have a more comfortable bath and room. Staff was fantastic and very quick to respond with anything missing. Andrei was outstanding, always smiley, willing to help and give tips. The breakfast staff was lovely and helped me pack a to go box, since I was leaving so early the next day. No hot eggs or sausage but delightful baked goods, cheese and cold cuts, juice etc and all that jazz. Lovely cappuccino on demand and please save room for the chocolate Croissants baked on the spot!. Last but not least, take a few minutes to sit in the balcony and take the city in or go up to the roof for a magnificent view ❤️, Thank you everyone at Machiavelli for making this a memorable, hopefully repeatable stay :).

The hotel’s location is highly desirable, being just a mile away from most iconic landmarks. However, the hotel’s name and signage are quite small, making it easy to miss if you’re not paying close attention. Despite this minor inconvenience, the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the disappointment lies in the rooms themselves. They are quite cramped, and there are no power outlets near the desk, which is a major drawback for anyone who wants to work on their laptop. However, there are power outlets on the nightstands, which is a relief for those who need to use their mobile devices. The bathroom is also quite cramped. The door opens into the shower, so it doesn’t fully open, which can be inconvenient. Additionally, there are some mold on the tiles in the shower, and since the shower is half open without a door, there’s a risk of flooding if you’re not careful. This design seems to be quite common in the area. Our particular room was poorly situated near the elevator, which resulted in a lot of noise and unwanted distractions. The plumbing from the next room or the room above was quite loud, so we could hear people using the toilet or shower. To make matters worse, there was a screaming baby nearby that was quite unpleasant.

The location and staff were wonderful. We stopped in Florence for only one night to ride scooters in the Tuscany hills. The hotel was conveniently located between the train station and the scooter station. The staff took excellent care of us while we were there.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The value for money is unbeatable, especially considering the prime location, which made exploring the city so easy. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast, while simple, was delicious and fulfilling – perfect for starting the day. Highly recommend!

Belle hôtel en plein centre ville. L'accès est un peu difficile en voiture quand il y a du monde puisque c'est une rue à sens unique. Mais l'hôtel est disponible pour vous proposer un stationnement temporaire devant l'hôtel le temps de décharger vos valises. Il propose également un service de parking payant, un chauffeur récupère votre voiture pour la garer dans un parking sécurisé et vous la ramène à votre départ. Le personnel était très sympathique et à l'écoute. Accès pratique au centre ville à pied. Petit déjeuner correct. La chambre est petite mais dispose de tout le confort. Petit bémol sur l'insonorisation avec le couloir et l'extérieur. Nombreux activités et restaurants autour.

O hotel é um bom lugar, os atendentes são muitos educados e atenciosos e o quarto é bem limpo. Fica numa ótima localização e cuato benefício foi notável.

10/21-23と3泊しましたが、1日目の夜に、部屋の一部の電源を除き、停電になりました。窓側のテレビ、冷蔵庫用コンセントは大丈夫でしたが、部屋の電気、バストイレの電気はつかず、大変な苦労を強いられました。 フロントに事情を聞きに行くと、他の部屋からも同様のクレーム。 スタッフは、初めてのこと、と言ってました。 2日目の夜も不安定な状況が続く中、特に事情説明や謝罪もなく、何度もイタリアに行った経験がある中で、最悪の経験でした。
