Small room, clean--good bathrooms. Helpful staff. Perfect location direct across the street from Roma Termini. And right next door to a supermarket. The wifi consistently failed in Room 634, and was basically unusable for 5 days/4 nights (neither Apple nor Android devices worked.) They offered us a different room, which we declined. We will definitely return.

Hotel accanto a Stazione Termini lato via Marsala comodo per arrivi in treno e per bus e metro. Camere di varia dimensione e prezzo, tutte ristrutturate e con bagni nuovi. Doppi vetri. Staff all reception molto gentile e davvero multilingue. Personale al Breakfast molto efficiente.

All in all good stay , staff was friendly provided great site seeing map took time to mark up the popular spots to visit , clean room, tip it’s located on a on a busy street near train station , if you like to leave window open at night ask for a room maybe not directly over the street

Staff - treated very badly by Staff. The key for my door did not work so I went downstairs with all my luggage to ask for help. Was told to go upstairs and someone would come. Took all my luggage upstairs. Waited 15 minutes. No-one came. So I went downstairs with all my luggage again to ask for help again. Was told by the girls that they were too busy and I should just try "shaking it". Took all my luggage upstairs. I tried "shaking it". That did not work. I asked another guest to try. They could not get it to work. Tried again and it did. The room was terrible.
