麦迪逊酒店

테르미니역애서 1분 거리입니다. 객실도 많고 번화한 곳에 있으나 소음이 거의 들리지 않았어요. 객실도 청결합니다. 싱글룸을 이용했는데 방은 넓지 않았지만 전반적으로 나쁘지 않았어요. 가성비 굿

Na recepção fomos muito bem atendidas pela Emily e demais colegas, porém o quarto tem um banheiro nada funciona, pois tem uma banheira muito grande para o espaço, não deixando espaço suficiente para o uso do vaso sanitário, obrigando a suspender os joelhos para sentar, isso porque temos somente 1,66 de altura. Tem cheiro e mofo no teto do banheiro e a temperatura da água varia de gelada à extremamente quente a cada 5 SEGUNDOS (não se mantem estável). Precisa de reforma e manutenção urgente! Café da manhã muito fraco e de baixa qualidade.

Buen hotel en general, muy céntrico, y el personal muy amable, pero en mi cuarto regadera tenía una gotera en la mica entonces el agua se salía, y la temperatura del agua cambiaba si alguien más en el hotel abría la llave lol. Precio aceptable y recomendable para turistear por Roma, está justo enfrente de la terminal de trenes/metro/autobuses, entonces es muy fácil moverse.

Good stay, great location.

A localização do hotel é ideal pra quem vai chegar e ir pra outros destinos de trem, o hotel fica literalmente do lado da estação, foi nossa melhor escolha na Itália. A equipe muito atenciosa e educada. Quartos limpos e aconchegantes, amamos.

Good location. Room wasn’t great

L’hotel Madison (ora Gruppo BZar) si trova nella parte più tranquilla della Stazione Termini, cioè lato Via Marsala. Perciò in qualsiasi ora si arrivi, si esce dalla stazione e si entra in hotel. A due passi: fermate bus e metro. Negozi tranquilli nel sotterraneo stazione. Lo staff del Madison è giovane e volenteroso, capace e professionale, con un Responsabile che risolve eventuali problemi al momento. Ascensore, buona prima colazione buffet, molte camere appena rinnovate. Essendo affiliati all’hotel Mimosa che è a pochi passi (stesso marciapiede) sono stata anche appoggiata al Mimosa, bello, ugualmente pulito e ben gestito, ma solitamente un po più costoso. Tornerò in entrambi.

The air conditioning didn’t work and my parents was left stranded in a hot room in the middle of summer even after they have already informed the front desk and asked for help regather issue. Elevator didn’t work so they had to use the stairs and my poor 72 yo mother who has knee problems had to endure that. They also made them wait in the lobby for almost 3 hours because they were promising my parents that the maintenance personnel was going to fix the AC problem. Well it never happened. They eventually moved them to a sister hotel a few blocks away. It was a horrible experience for my older parents who were hoping to just have a good rest. I booked this location because it was really close to the Termini Station where they need to be and there were fairly good reviews online, but it ended up like a disaster. There was no apologies given.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. For me, the location was ideal. Being right beside Termini Station made the transfer from the airport really easy and also being able to easily access the metro and buses at the terminus was really useful for getting around the city and returning to the hotel.

Helt ok hotell for prisen. Rent rom, men ingen air condition så det ble veldig varmt. Rett ved togstasjonen så det var enkelt å komme seg til å fra hotellet. De ansatte var hyggelige :-)

Great breakfast staff I cannot find any fault with the hotel or the staff As you get off the train from airport turn to the right when inside the station it is a 1 minute walk and little hard to find as their signage is not overly clear use GPS. 2 supermarket s with a 1 min walk and lots of food places

The only good thing about this hotel is the location as it is right across Roma Termini, everything else is terrible. I checked in late because my flight was delayed and when I got to the hotel, the staff did not even bother to help with my luggages. What is more disappointing is when I got to my room, it was different from what I actually booked. I didnt have the energy to complain that evening so I called reception the following day and the female staff told me I can transfer at 3 pm, just go to the reception to get the new room. When I went to reception they told me I have to ‘request’ the room with the bathtub, they were very rude and not helpful at all. They told me I cant transfer to the room because they are all occupied. I booked a superior room so I can be comfortable but the reception told me that what I booked was not the photos in expedia, so I told them you have to update the photos in expedia to reflect the rooms you have. I felt cheated on for booking what I thought was the room and being given a shabby, old, dirty room. The water leaks from the shower, there is no rack in the toilet for your shampoo and bathing stuff and only one towel is given. Also the electricity sockets are placed inconveniently, there is nothing near the bed side table. The photos in expedia are fake, not the actual photos of the rooms in Madison Hotel. The female staff with curly hair and glasses is so rude, she raised her voice like she is the customer, no customer service skills

The location is perfect, right infront of the Termini. The staff offered upgrade at the time of check-in. Nothing to complaint about. Strongly recommend.
