My bag with passport and wallet was stolen just outside of the hotel, the hotel offered no assistance at all including refusing to speak to the police who post my return home found my bag and documents.

Nice enough place, right across the street from the train station which is convenient. The issues that I had for our room are the wifi was extremely bad, there were no glasses or coffee maker in the room, the bathroom had no exhaust which left the mirror and walls very wet and the bathroom lighting was very poor, I had to use my phone’s flashlight while getting ready.

Hotel was convenient to the train station and the city center. Lobby staff were generally helpful and there are decent dining options nearby. Breakfast was very crowded and fairly limited. The room was large and bed was comfortable, but since it was located adjacent to the common lounge. It was a bit noisy at night.

The hotel is clean and tidy, the rooms are advertised as sound proofed which would strongly disagree with. Lots of noise from adjacent rooms and from the street below. Train station makes a lot of noise right through the night. I also didn’t like that you have to hand your keys into reception when you go out. Staff on reception don’t generally question who you are asking for room keys which means anyone could walk in and ask for your key and enter your room. It happened on multiple occasions with staff we had never met before. The hotel is located in a short walk from most attractions. The air conditions is on heat only in winter but it was 20 degrees when we were there and room was boiling. Overall a good stay but a few problems need ironing out.
