Though this hotel is not located in the town center area, it takes only 10 minutes to both the metro and tram stations and it is very close to the nightclub area. The amenities provided by this hotel is sufficient (TV set, cleaning necessities, mirror, hair dryer and a telephone) and my room is quite nicely renovated with a big suite bathroom with a king-size bed. If you live on the first floor, there may be some noise in the morning. My overall experience is fine in this hotel and I would like to give a big credit to both the staff of the morning shift and the Egyptian staff of the night shift. They have offered me unconditional help upon my departure because I’ve made a fatal mistake on my subsequent accommodation.

The breakfast is soooo limited, they don’t give enough information about anything, the building doesn’t have elevator, the room and bathroom has a good size. The area is quiet

Stanza sporca, mi avrebbero chiesto 6€ per l’uso del condizionatore (che non funzionava) e poi non li ho pagati! Pessima colazione, camera piena di polvere…

Peccato che su alcuni aspetti

Darei piu stelle se non fosse per il personale al checking veramente scontroso, prepotente, maleducato. Attenzione che ce scritto che hanno deposito bagaglio invece non è vero, devi lasciare i bagagli sotto la scrivania dove fanno checking e soltanto per 2 ore dopo checkout, non di piu, non puoi entrare in bagno prima checkin ne dopo checkout, incredibili, colazione dopo le 8 e non 7 come ce scritto. Qualcuno deve fare capire al personale che Noi stiamo pagando per albergare e abbiamo diritto a essere trattati con rispetto invece di comportarsi come se facessero un favore di albergarci nella loro piccola struttura

Stanza piccola, per il prezzo pagato si poteva avere di piu ma puo essere ok per una toccata e fuga in cittá. Non si puó chiedere troppo magari abbassare un po il prezzo ma Milano é una città cara

Det var hyggelig betjening. Dårlig frokost med tildels fritt for pålegg og ensidig utvalg. Fikk vannlekkasje på badet som vi varslet om men blei ikke utbedret. Ikke minibar og ikke noen øvrig servering på hotell.

Delusi dall’accoglienza al check-in… nonostante avessimo avvertito chiedendo se fosse un problema se fossimo arrivati ampiamente dopo mezzanotte e nonostante ci fosse stato risposto che per l’hotel non c’erano problemi al momento del check-in l’addetto ci ha creato problemi per darci la camera

Leider sehr heruntergekommen und lieblos gestaltetes Zimmer. Mit einfach Handgriffen, einem Reiniger aus dem DM und einem Schmutzradierer könnte man vieles verändern. Klimaanlage kostet 6€ pro Nacht extra. Sehr hellhörig, laute Gäste.

The property was undergoing major remodeling, the room I was given was dirty, people were making noise very early in the morning :(

価格に対して設備が陳腐

Personale, molto gentile, letto comodo, doccia calda e ambiente pulito. L'arredamento e la struttura sono scadenti. Per chi si deve fermare poco tempo ci sono i servizi essenziali. Nei dintorni ristoranti, supermercati e linee per potersi muovere comodamente. Va bene per chi si adatta e non ha pretese.

Struttura di modesto livello ma situata in buona posizione e in vicinanza della metropolitana. Servizi e gestione accettabile

Esperienza negativa, muffa ovunque, ragno gigante sulla testata del letto e formiche in camera e in bagno.
