整体一般。每天有人打扫。房间靠马路，有窗。附近交通方便。附近有麦当劳，川菜店，服装店。隔音差，隔壁用水声很响。WI-FI免费但几乎没连上过。

Très bon séjour d'une nuit dans cet hotel parfaitement situé en centre ville et à 10-15min à pied de la gare. Chambre pour 3 ou 4 assez grande mais les lits simples d'appoint ne sont pas confortables du tout. Belle salle de bain moderne. Chambre bien équipée et climatisée. Très bon petit déjeuner avec du choix et des bons produits. Très bon accueil (en français) avec des recommandations sur Rome, merci !

The room was very clean and the breakfast was excellent.

Considering that this isn’t the poshest Hotel in town, and therefore more reasonable in price, it’s great value - the rooms were clean, as were the bathrooms, perhaps not the most glamorous of buildings but again, well kept considering the building’s age. The staff are faultless, helpful, friendly, proficient. Breakfast buffet was nothing groundbreaking, but perfectly adequate, especially for a city stay. Location is ideal in many ways being close to Termini train station & on a main road with abundant bus routes - definitely a perfect option if you can’t afford the prices of the more central hotels. All in all, a great stay, would happily stay here again. My only criticism with our particular room was that the shower cubicle was a touch small, older/larger people would struggle, and if you don’t like street noise be sure to close the windows at night. Considering the price though, 10/10! Thank you Hotel Miami! Keep doing what you’re doing!

Unfortunately, I had a stressful and disappointing experience related to my stay at Hotel Miami in Rome. The main issue started because the photos and information on Hotels.com gave me a different impression than what I experienced when I arrived. The room did not match the expectations I had when booking, which caused confusion and disappointment. After the stay, I also experienced a lot of back and forth regarding compensation/refund for one night. This was mainly through Hotels.com customer service, where I received different information from different agents. At first, I got the impression that the issue would be resolved, but later I was told that I would need to make a new hotel booking first before any compensation could be given. This made the whole process unnecessarily stressful, especially as I was travelling alone. The hotel location is convenient, close to Via Nazionale and not far from Roma Termini. The hotel staff were friendly and tried to help, especially with breakfast, but there were very limited vegan options. Overall, because of the misleading booking information, the confusion, and the poor communication afterwards, I was left with a bad impression. Unfortunately, I would not choose this hotel again.

Did not take breakfast in the hotel. The room was plenty cool. Mario at reception was very nice, welcoming, and especially helpful!

Hotel is clean. The rooms are quiet. Staff are helpful. The location is perfect. Just the right distance from Roma Termini. Not too close, not too far.

Foi tudo perfeito. A localização é excelente, conseguimos fazer os principais pontos turísticos a pé. Todos os funcionários super gentis e educados. O quarto é um charme e o café da manhã super ok.

İnternet hızlıydı kahvaltısı güzeldi. Oda temizliği normal yapıldı otelde gördüğüm tek küsür internette gördüğünüzde karşınıza çıkan şeyin farklı olması. Konakladığımız yer bir iş hanının beşinci katıydı o.com’dan baktığınız zaman lobisi oturma yerleri olan bir yer gibi gözüküyor orada halbuki lobi‘den bağımsız ayrı bir koridordan beşinci kata eski bir asansörle çıkıyorsunuz. Otelin konumu güzeldi merkezi iyiydi o da büyüklüğü normaldi. Sadece eksik gördüğüm şey odaya iki adet bir karton bir de plastik Pet bardak bırakıldı ve üç gün boyunca o bardaklar yenilenmedi tek eksik buydu bence odada. En azından cam bir bardak kahve içinde de porselen bir fincan olabilirdi

Erittäin hyvä sijainti. Vanha rakennus, kaikki ei aina kovin käytännöllistä ja esim. hissi reistaili ja äänet kuuluivat käytävältä, mutta olimme tyytyväisiä valintaamme. Monipuolinen aamiainen.

Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisés mais l’emplacement de l’hôtel est pas mal pour les activités. Je le recommande en tout cas. Le personnel est très sympathique!
