The rooms are large enough for 3 people with space to walk around. The shower is too small though. And the doors were nut functioning properly (one side doesnt close). The elevator is really small and is difficult to manouver in a wheelchair.

Un poco antigua pero muy bien, limpia y segura para ir caminando a todos lados a pie. El personal de recepción, restaurante de desayuno y camarera muy atentos. Lo único es que la regadera es muy pequeña y los artículos de baño muy pequeños. Sugiero llevar los suyos. No hay plancha.

A nice, clean hotel in a great location. Walking distance from the Colosseum and other must-see sites, close to the station for getting anywhere else (like Pompeii). Air conditioning was a god-send during a hot August trip.

Nice hotel but not what I expected. It’s falling apart and not very well maintained. Staff really really friendly but the rest so so. Rooms are spacious but in dire need for a remodel. Very noisy at night, thank God for soundproof windows. Breakfast was advertised but not offered at all. Customers should know of something like that has been eliminated from the amenities of the hotel. Very close to the train station and walking distance from all the attractions, that’s what attracted us to it.

Location offers parking through a third party (fees applies) and it is around the hotel. The issue is that is that hotel is located on a limited zone so if you get in with your car you will most likely get a ticket. No recommended if you have a car

We were able to walk to all major sites from this location. It was also simple to walk to and from Termini station. It felt very safe and the room was quiet at night and dark. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options (hard boiled eggs, meats, cheeses, fruit, pastries, cereal, and more). The hotel rooms themselves are on the 6th storey of the building and elevator rarely worked during our stay. It didn’t bother us, but might affect others’ quality of stay.

Hotel location is very good. It is not far from the sites I want to visit. Many hot places were within walking distance. Breakfast service was also good. I and my wife enjoyed 6 day stays there. The only defect is that the room is somewhat small. But, Rome is the city a lot of people want to visit. So I think we have to put up with inconveniences from the insufficient space.
