早餐豐富，服務好。但沒有升降機，搬運行李頗吃力，但位置佳，去景點近，旺中帶静。

Nice location, tidy and neat place for the price.

Hotel is nearby train terminal, staff were nice & helpful, with free breakfast provided. The room was not well maintained so you can found little inconvenient for using, eg. leaking tank. Overall it is a nice budget for staying.

在佛罗伦萨火车站附近，到哪里都方便，各景点也不算远，步行即可到达。房间还算干净，就是卫生间淋浴的地方简直太窄了，可能只有0.5平方大小，不小心手会碰到墙上。由于楼下路面是小石板路面，周边酒店多，夜里有人托行李的声音。不过早餐还是不错的。

就一晚的經驗 還行 不特別突出 地理位置還不錯就是了

O hotel é um ótimo custo benefício, próximo a tudo.

Overall it was good, very close to the train station one minute what made it convenient.

Check-in another place / Noisy floors: You can hear everything from the corridor/ Noisy steps / 4 chairs no table on balcony / Very strong smell of stained humidity in lobby: Unbearable every day. I do not recommend for the high price paid

Localização ótima, pertinho da Estação uns 5 minutos, acesso a restaurantes, bares, pontos turistico, quarto liberado antes do check-in 13h00. Observação: Não tem recepção no local, check-in tem que fazer em outro local á 50mt Mario's.

The property was listed as having "partially open bathroom." I thought that meant the toilet was not private from the shower area. Apparently it meant we had to share a bathroom with 6 other rooms! If it was shared bathroom it should be listed that way. Make things clear. When I went to use the bathroom it was obvious someone had been wearing outdoor shoes in there because there were dirty footprints on the wet floor. Also, someone had left the wet sweatshirt hanging over the shower curtain. Also, when I expressed my concern over the bathroom situation to the reception person he was quite rude. The entry way into the buidling smelled of sewage! The original listing for the room said "breakfast included" but when we got there we were told it was not. I also feel sure we booked a queen size bed but ended up with 2 twin beds on opposite sides of the room. The place was very noisy. This was the most unpleasant night I have spent since I was at camp as a child :-( I do not recommend this hotel!

Great location with an included breakfast. Room was clean, but not updated recently. Overall a great place to stay for those on a budget.

Very private location and quiet gardened tarr

Centralt lite enklare hotel med frukost. Läget precis nedanför spårvagnsstationen Fortezza gör att det är enkelt att ta spårvagnen (linje T2) direkt från flygplatsen (FLR). Från hotellet är det sedan enkelt att gå till alla sevärdheter i Florens. Gatan utanför har dessutom flertalet restauranger och barer. Vår rum (26) låg in mot en mysig innergård och den terrass som hör till hotellet. Vid bra väder kan man sitta där och äta den frukost som ingår. Vi saknade någonstans att lägga väskan men det fanns ett stort klädskåp att hänga i. Även säkerhetsskåp och skohorn saknades. Det var rent men lite slitet i badrummet. Sängen var ganska hård men ok. Däremot var kuddarna mycket tunna och kompakta. Det gick inte att ha dem dubbla heller. Frukosten består av tre olika sorters bröd, smör, marmelad, Nutella, ost, skinka, yoghurt, müsli, frukt samt thé eller kaffe. In- och utcheckning görs på Hotel Mario’s lite längre ner på samma gata. Där kan man även få lämna väskan och nyttja toaletten.

Very convenient location to all of florence and in a safe area! There are plenty of local cafés, restaurants, and shops right in the streets around the hotel. Hotel was all that we needed for our stay and the room was clean! Would stay here again!
