蚊子很多，廁所潮濕

The hotel location is good if you want to find some free parking space. There are some mosquitoes in the room which surprises us especially during the Christmas time. If they can check the surface of the walls and clean them, the room will be looked nicer.

價位超值, 但距離Florence Centre Station 頗遠, 差不多要步行超過30分鐘才到達酒店, 因為酒店在市中心的另一邊, 近另一個火車站多D (搭巴士或駕車人士會比較好....) 房間頗大, 有露台, 乾淨舒服, 早餐豐富(有炒蛋/火腿/乳酪等...很多酒店包早餐都只得牛角包或餅干) wifi 比較弱如住高層, 低層會收得比較好...........好像大部份酒店都唔理高層既住客, 收唔到就幫唔到你....

Ótimo hotel. Super agradável. O estacionamento não é no hotel. É proximo a ele. Não precisa usar carro para ir até a área turística. É bem perto. Nós fizemos tudo a pé. A equipe era muito simpática e o café da manhã muito bom.

It was a very nice day, we loved the convenient location. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the housekeeping staff in the main area never smiled.

We stayed in the family suite which was spacious and clean. We had a rooftop view of the Duomo and our own hot tub and terrace. Breakfast was fabulous and hearty, exactly what we needed for sightseeing all day. I highly recommend staying at Hotel Orcagna and would stay there again!

Staff very good and Margherita was excellent. Breakfast was very good. Only one issue and that is in our room we could hear toilets of other rooms. They need to sound proof some of the pipes that flow through the rooms. This is a very good neighborhood especially since Florence is so busy it's a good place to stay

Staff was great. Enjoyed the breakfast. They gave us wonderful recommendations for lunch. Directed us to parking close. All in all a great place to stay. Seamless in and out.

I have been to a lot of hotels but I have never seen customer service as the one provided by Julia! She is the hotel’s greatest asset. Attentive to our needs, proactive, and genuine. The room is modern and I had a good night’s sleep. There is a family owned restaurant/pizzeria nearby, Le Staglione. You should not miss it if you are in for authentic Italian food. I will definitely recommend and I will be back if I am in the Florence area again.

Beautiful hotel. Walkable to main attractions but public transportation also easily accessible. Staff super friendly. Excellent breakfast options. Highly recommend.

The hotel is very nice, very well located, within walking distance to the Duomo (20 min walk), the staff was welcoming and helpful. The room is very modern and nice, no complaints, and the breakfast was great as well. Do know that the front desk only operates from 8am to 8pm si if you anything between that time you have to go across the street to Hotel Jane (same owners) and they will help you. I had to do this because we left very early and there was no one to settle the bill with .. The only NEGATIVE thing was that they need some sort of bulletin board or something to letave guests notes because we found out the wrong way the TAXI service was on strike so we lost our flight and ended up getting to airport after 6am (plane left at 6.25), ended up buying a new flight for all my family upwards of a 1000 euro...
