Most staff are no so friendly. They also charged us 7 Euro for our 2 year-old son for joining breakfast. They didn't notify us that they need to charge him when we entered. They just came with a bill when we were finishing.

Poor wifi connection in room

距離車站有點遠(約15分鐘),但直走就可到大教堂

各種項目都還可以，到車站需要走一段就是，還有某一個櫃台會顯得有點不耐煩......

Simple Room but it is big enough to put our lugguages. But the shower area is very small and only have curtain. It is difficult to enjoy the shower. The hotel is a little bit far away from the train station (about 15 mins walk). Wifi is ok and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The view is spectacular!!!!!

Too bad.The WORST PART is the matress and the bed, it's either too hard or too soft, and felt like an ancient one, made us completely exhausted after waking up(actually i woke up at 3 because of the uncomfortable matress). I could give this hotel a 2~3 points, but the bed and matress fails everything. It should be rated below 3 points and such 3.8 points rating is so. misleading. Location is far away from train station, have to walk ages to get there. Community was decent when we reached Plaza San Marco, but after that we seldom saw any people, and felt not safe at all. Hotel facilities were very old and needs updating. Room was very dark mainly because of too many dust in the lamp. There was a refrigerator in the room and we considered that as a minibar, but actually it's empty, NOTHING inside! Room key was supposed to be managed by front desk when leaving the room but when i come back to pickup my key, the front desk guy who had not met me before just gave me the key directly, without checking anything such as my ID. A TOTALLY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE.

The breakfast was delicious and the people there were so friendly! 100/10 highly recommended

Quarto como na foto, bem limpo. Café da manhã continental. Bom atendimento. Mas quarto não tem isolamento acústico. Podia se ouvir as pessoas no corredor, no quarto em cima e o encanamento de madrugada.

Chegamos no periofo noturo o hotel possuia uma pequena placa esvo dida atras de jma van, impossibilitando o acesso por faltade sinaluzacao.

I was staying in this hotel before I connected with friends at a differemt property. Staff were friendly and rooftop was a nice touch.

Good location near historic section, but very small room, tiny bathroom, breakfast very mediocre. However, staff were wonderful and very helpful.

Quiet location on a street just 10 minute walk from the Duomo. Basic room had limited view as shutters were blocked by scaffolding. However, just grab your (paid) breakfast and pop up to the rooftop terrace with fantastic views of Duomo, Palazzo Vecchia, etc.

We paid online then had to pay again upon arrival? Room was small, no mini fridge in room. Had to ask for air conditioning to be turned on in room each night. Bath room very small, had a leak under sink they had to fix while we were away. Not what we expected in a hotel stay, UNLIKE the Maiori property we stayed, in Amalfi area.

Clean room. Staff good.

Hotel bem localizado, perto de todos os pontos turísticos, atendimento cordial.

Je n'ai pas aime laisser ma valise a la reception car il n'y avait personne pour verifier.

It is within the Limited Transit Zone so if you drive you have to use a garage service or get fined so add EUR30 to your bill per night automatically. This area of Florence does not have signs screaming at you when you enter the Zone so once you are in your only choice is a EUR90 fine or the garage. If I knew this detail I would have looked for a hotel outside such zones.
