The breakfast was delicious and the people there were so friendly! 100/10 highly recommended

Quarto como na foto, bem limpo. Café da manhã continental. Bom atendimento. Mas quarto não tem isolamento acústico. Podia se ouvir as pessoas no corredor, no quarto em cima e o encanamento de madrugada.

Chegamos no periofo noturo o hotel possuia uma pequena placa esvo dida atras de jma van, impossibilitando o acesso por faltade sinaluzacao.

I was staying in this hotel before I connected with friends at a differemt property. Staff were friendly and rooftop was a nice touch.

Good location near historic section, but very small room, tiny bathroom, breakfast very mediocre. However, staff were wonderful and very helpful.

Quiet location on a street just 10 minute walk from the Duomo. Basic room had limited view as shutters were blocked by scaffolding. However, just grab your (paid) breakfast and pop up to the rooftop terrace with fantastic views of Duomo, Palazzo Vecchia, etc.

We paid online then had to pay again upon arrival? Room was small, no mini fridge in room. Had to ask for air conditioning to be turned on in room each night. Bath room very small, had a leak under sink they had to fix while we were away. Not what we expected in a hotel stay, UNLIKE the Maiori property we stayed, in Amalfi area.

Clean room. Staff good.

Je n'ai pas aime laisser ma valise a la reception car il n'y avait personne pour verifier.

It is within the Limited Transit Zone so if you drive you have to use a garage service or get fined so add EUR30 to your bill per night automatically. This area of Florence does not have signs screaming at you when you enter the Zone so once you are in your only choice is a EUR90 fine or the garage. If I knew this detail I would have looked for a hotel outside such zones.

En estos momentos el hotel se encuentra en refacciones y no es muy recomendable ir en estos momentos. La limpieza, la atención del personal, y el desayuno excelente

Me encantó la ubicación. Esta cerca de restaurantes, tiendas y como a 15 min a pie de la Estacion de tren. La habitacion bien, todo muy limpio. Tenia un pequeño frigobar, muy útil. Desayuno bastante aceptable por 7 euros. Pan, cafe, jugos, cereal, leche, quesos, jamon, Auque me hubiera gustado q tuviera un poco mas de fruta e incluir vegetales. Pero el area para el desayuno con una vista increible. Muchas gracias por todo !

You get what you pay for. Location was perfect! Close to the everything. McDonald’s is really close by. We didn’t have hot water or a working tv. We were only there 2 days so we made it work. But it was not easy. There was an elevator and they did hold our luggage for the day.

I had no idea the front desk would be on a floor other than street level, which meant it took a while to actually find it two floors up. The staff seemed charming as was the decor. The room was comfortable and clean. Exterior construction meant some noise and a scaffold outside my less than panoramic view window. Odd. Is the view only on the roof during breakfast? I never made it up there. Coffee bar 24/7 unless you want coffee at 7:30 am. Mysterious. I didn't want coffee at the 8:00 breakfast. I didn't want breakfast at all. I just wanted coffee at the unreasonable hour of 7:30 am. Lastly, when my passport is at the front desk because that's the law, wouldn't it be cool if someone were behind the desk, or at least the passports were secured somewhere. ANYONE can walk around and take anything they want because having someone at the desk at all times is just absurd. Lastly, one charming friendly face on the afternoon of 18 June made the visit positive for me. so, thanks for that conversation, also thanks for the lovely artworks throughout the 2nd floor. - sincerely, Frank O.

Major building works in progress outside, noise started at 07:30 and was like trying to sleep on the runway at Heathrow (wont allow us to upload video!). Shutters removed without warning allowing workmen on scaffold to have unrestricted views into room. Desk staff shoulder shrugged. Overall not great; decor very, very tired. Aimed for arty, missed badly. Description on website misleading. Would not recommend.

Très bien situé, 10mn à pied du centre historique, quartier calme . Personnel au top parking de l'hôtel un peu cher

Great place. Had room with a view. Everything was walkable. No more that 30 mins to even the farthest place we wanted to go. Great location and staff was very friendly.
