旅館設備老舊，房間小，不值得住。經理服務態度最差。

Nice hotel

入住當晚，酒店表示第二天早上將對房間升級，至第二天早上又說過一日升級，結果最後說不能升級。我訂四人套房，實際上只是在中間拉個簾子，另兩單人床放在另一面墻邊。並非真套房，且價格貴過訂兩間雙人房。我到櫃檯要求換兩間雙人房，櫃檯人員記下表示要經理批准然後一直再無下文。這樣的服務真是很差！且浴室設備陳舊，洗水盆有裂紋。

Goed Hotel. Personeel achter de nalie was niet erg vriendelijk ! Als ze wat aan je vragen,keken ze je niet aan . Ook niet goede morgen of goefe avond zeggen ! Stonden 2 flesjes water in koelkastje. Wel erg warm in de kamers . Wij hadden kachel uitgezet en raam open gezet Verder verouderde kamer,Badkamer.

This hotel was amazing! The location is incredible- just 2 min. walk to the metro station and the street has lots of restaurants and shopping of every kind- from high end stores like Max Mara to kitchy souvenir stores. It has so much history and character! The front desk was very helpful, always ready to give good advice. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Rome!

Proximity, cleanliness and courteous staff! Just surprised to get a €90 bill at the end for asking the staff to call a taxi (€15 each time). They should have informed us that there will be a charge for that service! So beware!

Room was little dated but spotless and clean. But room 212 is windowless (has a wooden door to outside). Room walls are thin we could hear noises from next room and also laundry spinning noise or something. Every thing has a key including Bathroom door and fridge :-). Apparently hotwater tap is marked with Letter C. Breakfast is ok and staff was really polite and helpful. Kudos for keeping 150 year old hotel clean. Please fix/replace the elevators, they may hurt someone.

Really good hotel, ita airways lost our bads and the reception staff couldn't have been more helpful especially Emanuele who was just brilliant on more than one occasion. Looking forward to returning. This is going to be our go to hotel in Rome in the future. Nothing negative to say about it.

Hotel overall was OK, however there were some inconveniences. Despite the temperature outside, inside the room was too hot and you could not regulate it, we even had to open the windows. The other issue was there was some kind of repair close to our room, they were using hammers, saws and all kinds of tools and equipment as early as 7 am. Impossible to sleep.

The staff was nice, the room was ample and clean. It was perfectly located near the train station and walk about from all main attractions.
