Great location in Positano. Very close to his routes as well. Many stairs to the property and would not recommend for anyone with a physical limitation though.

Really nice hotel. Beautiful view. Helpful staff. Amazing buffet breakfast. Nice swimming pool. It is quite a long way up the hill in positano so maybe consider that. The view is worth it.

For Positano it was a great price for a wonderful hotel. In a good location to catch the bus to Amalfi.

Outdated and run down

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The problems started immediately—the washroom flush splashed every time, and the shower didn’t work at all. When I requested a refund and a room change, the alternate room was just as problematic. The interior was disgusting and outdated, with wet, flat, and uncomfortable mattresses. The bathroom was shockingly similar to a roadside public facility in its state. I even noticed another guest asking for a refund within the same hour. Overall, the experience was unacceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. We checked out on day 1 of our 3 day stay without a refund, that's how bad this was!!

Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées. Vous entendez le voisin comme s’il était dans votre chambre. Besoin d’un petit rafraîchissement, surtout les tapis dans les escaliers.

The room was very big, I had a great view with a nice balcony. Bed was comfortable. The hotel is on the hill so it has great views but it's a long way from the city center. There is a bus stop just opposite the hotel. Breakfast was standard, croissant, cakes, eggs, some fruits, juice, coffee, tea.

Staff was nice and helpful and the view was incredible. Room was very sparse and dated. Furniture was very worn. Not what I would expect for the high price. To get to your room was like a maze that we never quite figured out. Breakfast was plentiful but tasted premade or packaged, not fresh. Very inconvenient if you want to go into town, better be good with stairs or have the patience to wait on the bus. Not worth the price.

I expected basic and was just hoping for value for money to be in the location but just found the hotel so tired and rundown, its desperately in need of investment and upgrading .

Really enjoyed our stay. I came with very low expectations due to bad review on hotel.com. I was very impressed with my stay as the service was excellent and family room was huge compare to other hotels. The pool was really nice. We had it to ourselves as not many guest stayed there during October. Only downside to the hotel is that it’s far up in the hills of Positano. It’s a 15 minute walk down and you can take the local bus up for €1.30. So overall very good experience. I don’t recommend driving to the hotel as parking is expensive.

Our stay at the property is not exactly what we imagined. We did end up having a pretty decent view of what you would expect in Positano, however, hotel wise, we were not impressed. Breakfast was included, but was very limited to breads and spreads. It was very tricky getting to our room as we had to take two elevators, different sets of stairs, etc every time. The room itself seemed a bit run down and definitely required some work. We didn’t have a terrible experience, but just some things to note.

Will give an honest review after reading all the other reviews before this. My wife and I had read that there was ants in the hotel. During my stay there I saw one crawl up on me but only one. The hotel itself is pretty clean, but like all the other reviews have said… it’s very old… has the bare minimum. I would say that our room had a nice view which was great. AC was super weak and wasn’t working that well. Luckily I went during the end of September so it was low 70s. So at night I could just open the window for it to cool down. If you’re staying here in the summer… you might just die of the heat. Walk up to the hotel was a big struggle everyday. If you’re overweight or out of shape… you might reconsider booking another hotel closer to the ground level. I would honestly give it a 4/10. Has the bare minimum, didn’t really stay inside the hotel that much. Got the job done type of hotel.

Nice

The hotel it’s really outdated, and ridiculously overpriced. The breakfast was also bad. The only positive ill say is the staff is very friendly and helpful. Also there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel that can take you straight to main plaza.

Expensive for the value. You can tell this place used to be ritzy but lack of upkeep and maintenance is palpable

Incredible views and clean, modern rooms

Hotel itself & grounds were extremely outdated. This is not a 4 star hotel in any stretch of the imagination. Furniture in room was stained, bed was made with just one single sheet, AC didn’t work. Complete ripoff for the price. I wish we would have listened to other reviews & stayed somewhere else.
