The bathroom were a little outdated and not the cleanest in general, nothing found however felt like it could've used a good scrub down given the price/level of the hotel. Staff was great and helpful when required. Breakfast was good when the food was there… i found that every day I had to ask or be waiting for more food to be put out and often the eggs were cold or I had to ask for more as cold cuts/cheese and eggs +veggies/sausage were empty. Pool said to be closed at1800 however every day we got there at around 1630 pool was already closed off with vacuum in it which was frustrating. Awesome view of Positano as shown in photo, we had an “ocean view” room. I liked the place however expected slightly higher standards given the price paid.

Very nice view from balcony. Big washroom and spacious room. Very nice breakfast with view. Need to walk a lot to get into the floor and room. Hotel should've talked more about the luggage service. We thought it was a scam, but they were very useful to move luggage around.

Very nice property and accommodation for the price. I like the location, the public beach access and local bus transportation are near hotel. Not easily walkable down and up 800 steps to the village of Positano, taxis are $40-50 each ride one way, but the hotel did have parking on the street for scooters and small cars if you rent those. Large nice pool which was closed for the season. Delicious free breakfast with my reservation. The room was very clean and large with ample closet space and large patio. It was a bit dated. Tree outside room blocked view of the village and water, but I could see the mountain. I would definitely stay here again. Quick response by reception to requests. Mateo at reception was very professional and helpful.

Very nice view from the restaurant & rooms balcony. However, need to take so many stairs to get there. It totally worth to send luggages by lift services. Staffs are nice, but everything is kind of too old. It's time to have a nice renovation.

We were nervous about staying here after reading reviews but had a lovely stay and felt that the hotel was a great option given the price. Yes, it would benefit from new carpet in the hallways and the rooms could be updated, but overall it was certainly nice enough to sleep in, with very helpful staff, clean rooms, and very attractive grounds and pool. Short walk to main areas of Positano but lots of stairs!

The room was not very clean. As a matter of fact, the first room we were given, the couch , sofa bed broke when my husband sat. I was very tired and went to take a nap. I removed the duvet and found a hair, looked like a pubic hair and close to it, a stain on the sheets. I had my husband call the front desk and I had them move us. I have attached of that too.

My wife and daughter arrived, checking in, the hotel is old, needs a serious facelift, the room was dirty, they found countless hairs all over the bed sheets and comforter. The desk was missing a chair to sit at, the rooms were small and were what we feel were properly depicted in the pictures. My wife spoke with the front desk, was shown other rooms and then quickly checked out after staying there for about an hour. The front desk was receptive, tried it wasn't the staffs fault it was just the rooms weren't clean and were very run down.

We had an amazing stay! The customer service was outstanding — everyone was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. The food at the hotel restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the facilities were beautiful and well-maintained. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful experience!

Nice hotel excellent views from the bar/restaurant terrace. Good and plenty selection of breakfast. My only bad point is to get to the room from the reception. Long windy walks through two elevators. Not easy with the luggage. Otherwise no problem good hotel and good staff

Very nice property and accommodation for the price. I like the location, the public beach access and local bus transportation are near hotel. Not easily walkable down and up 800 steps to the village of Positano, taxis are $40-50 each ride one way, but the hotel did have parking on the street for scooters and small cars if you rent those. Large nice pool which was closed for the season. Delicious free breakfast with my reservation. The room was very clean and large with ample closet space and large patio. It was a bit dated. Tree outside room blocked view of the village and water, but I could see the mountain. I would definitely stay here again. Quick response by reception to requests. Mateo at reception was very professional and helpful.

The bathroom were a little outdated and not the cleanest in general, nothing found however felt like it could've used a good scrub down given the price/level of the hotel. Staff was great and helpful when required. Breakfast was good when the food was there… i found that every day I had to ask or be waiting for more food to be put out and often the eggs were cold or I had to ask for more as cold cuts/cheese and eggs +veggies/sausage were empty. Pool said to be closed at1800 however every day we got there at around 1630 pool was already closed off with vacuum in it which was frustrating. Awesome view of Positano as shown in photo, we had an “ocean view” room. I liked the place however expected slightly higher standards given the price paid.

Very nice view from balcony. Big washroom and spacious room. Very nice breakfast with view. Need to walk a lot to get into the floor and room. Hotel should've talked more about the luggage service. We thought it was a scam, but they were very useful to move luggage around.

Very nice view from the restaurant & rooms balcony. However, need to take so many stairs to get there. It totally worth to send luggages by lift services. Staffs are nice, but everything is kind of too old. It's time to have a nice renovation.

We were nervous about staying here after reading reviews but had a lovely stay and felt that the hotel was a great option given the price. Yes, it would benefit from new carpet in the hallways and the rooms could be updated, but overall it was certainly nice enough to sleep in, with very helpful staff, clean rooms, and very attractive grounds and pool. Short walk to main areas of Positano but lots of stairs!

The staff were so friendly and the hotel location is near the city centre. We had an amazing see view and we really enjoyed our staying at the hotel. We wished if they had better/ fresher towels and beddings.

Balcony room view and location was great! Comfy bed and room was spacious enough. We hiked up from ferry which was more of a hike then we thought but doable and worth view!

The room was not very clean. As a matter of fact, the first room we were given, the couch , sofa bed broke when my husband sat. I was very tired and went to take a nap. I removed the duvet and found a hair, looked like a pubic hair and close to it, a stain on the sheets. I had my husband call the front desk and I had them move us. I have attached of that too.

My wife and daughter arrived, checking in, the hotel is old, needs a serious facelift, the room was dirty, they found countless hairs all over the bed sheets and comforter. The desk was missing a chair to sit at, the rooms were small and were what we feel were properly depicted in the pictures. My wife spoke with the front desk, was shown other rooms and then quickly checked out after staying there for about an hour. The front desk was receptive, tried it wasn't the staffs fault it was just the rooms weren't clean and were very run down.

We had an amazing stay! The customer service was outstanding — everyone was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. The food at the hotel restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the facilities were beautiful and well-maintained. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful experience!

Nice hotel excellent views from the bar/restaurant terrace. Good and plenty selection of breakfast. My only bad point is to get to the room from the reception. Long windy walks through two elevators. Not easy with the luggage. Otherwise no problem good hotel and good staff
