圣弗朗西斯科埃尔蒙特酒店

這間飯店位置很好，地鐵Toledo出來，可別直接扛行李，爬45度階梯小路上去，邊爬會邊後悔為什麼當初要booking這裡，因為這樣的傻事我幹過。記得找cable car上去，也必須確定是哪一條cable car線。這很重要，因為一旦錯了，就必須穿越住宅的羊腸小徑。

酒店位置很好，在山上的，有个很COOL的游泳池，酒店的服务人员都很专业，餐厅的味道也很好，下次来那不勒斯一定再来住！好喜欢这里啊！

The hotel has great views over old town and port, and dinner in the restaurant was excellent, as good as any we’d had after ten days travelling around Italy. However, the noise from the staff, the kitchen area and general foot fall outside our room (41) was horrendous. We could hear every word of the staff clearing down after dinner and getting ready for breakfast, which went on until 1am. This included trolleys of crockery being moved around the hallways, shouting and the world’s creakiest door. If you do stay here make sure you’re not on the fourth floor, as you’ll get virtually no sleep.

The pool could be open at night, it would be enjoyable after a day of walking.

The room was very hot, and the air conditioning was weak. Even running all night, it did not cool the room down by morning. Very disappointing for an expensive, highly rated hotel.

Unbeatable views from the terrace overlooking Vesuvius and surroundings, very cool old Monastery hotel with historic rooms and religious spaces that had been restored and beautified, large and interesting areas to explore within the hotel. Sophisticated upgrades, helpful professional staff. Perfect location to visit the Spanish quarter. Would love to stay there atain.

Our stay at San Francesco al Monte in Naples was truly unforgettable. The hotel is full of charm, history, and breathtaking views. Our room on the 5th floor was beautiful and offered spectacular views of Mount Vesuvius, the Bay of Naples, and even Sorrento in the distance. Waking up to that scenery each morning was a highlight of our trip. The restaurant on the 4th floor provides stunning panoramic views while you dine. Breakfast was included and offered a great start to the day, and dinner service in the evening was excellent. One of the most impressive features of the hotel is the amazing pool located on the 7th floor. Built into the natural stone of the hillside, it offers incredible panoramic views of Naples. The pool bar serves excellent food for lunch, and with music playing throughout the day, it creates the perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind. Be sure to take time to explore the hotel itself. Around every corner you will discover beautiful artwork, impressive statues, and even a historic church attached to the property. The building feels like a museum, monastery, and luxury hotel all in one. San Francesco al Monte is a unique and memorable place to stay, combining history, culture, comfort, and some of the best views in Naples. We highly recommend it and would gladly return.

This hotel is the diamond in the city of Naples. First class in every way from check-in to unique historic rooms. There is a gorgeous veranda, along with a magnificent small pool on the rooftop. you will not be disappointed in this fabulous property, I promise you!

Das Zimmer war sauber,Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend....für uns war das Frühstück gut und die Bar super konnten uns Alkoholfrei Cocktails bestellen es waren sehr lecker ....ein herzliches Dankeschön und wir sehen uns bald wieder

Beautiful location and view

The hotel is a bit far from the city center and around not so great neighborhood but the view, the roof top terrace and the pool compensate for this. Also the staff is really nice and helpful! The hotel itself is charming with lots of art and old historical references. There is a „secret” passage to a nearby church. So different from impersonal chain hotels. The food at the restaurant could be better, but again the vibe makes it worth visiting anyhow.

A lovely stay but perhaps the rooms are a little past their glory days and feel a little tired. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was not good and could use some improvement!

This is a beautiful hotel. We stayed here for our last night of a week of travelling. Absolutely stunning and only 25-30 minutes to Naples airport. Lots of delightful surprises! Thoroughly enjoy it

I loved this hotel: the ambience, the staff and the location are excellent. Breakfast however was disappointing. the hot food was not of a high standard and the pastries were long life and not freshly baked. The juices were also made from concentrate. this could definitely be improved on.

Clean room, very helpful staff, good choice at breakfast, lovely bar terrace. Shame about the air con.

Breakfast was excellent and view was amazing. Staff super helpful. Pool closed till 15th May but we weren't bothered.
