The room was clean and quiet, the staff were very friendly as well. Not directly in city centre but can be reached easily by bus or metro. Will definitely come back if I visit Milan again!

具地鐵綠線約十分鐘，價格合理，早餐可在庭院吃飯，氣份佳，員工服務態度良好，雖然有時候餐廳服務生不會說英文，但仍可溝通，也很客氣，在往地鐵路上有PAM超市，購物方便。夜間有門禁，櫃台24小時服務。

Room is tidy and location is easy to find.

位置方面，離地鐵綠線和紅線的站皆需走10分鐘左右，我們去的時候，地鐵往上的手扶梯壞掉，需要搬行李，離開時地鐵站沒有向下的手扶梯，也要搬行李。除了位置及拖行李時地鐵出入站稍不方便，飯店整體很不錯。有電梯，有free Wifi,房間乾淨，裝潢普通，浴室感覺新整修過，很新很乾淨。最驚豔的部份是早餐，吃早餐的餐廳看起來是新裝潢過，早餐品項選擇以飯店價位來講算非常多，還有服務生會幫忙煮咖啡！可以說是在米蘭C/P值很高的飯店。

O quarto estava em boas condições e a equipe foi gentil. Serviço bom.

Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war großzügig und sauber. Das Hotel ist gut öffentlich vom Flughafen erreichbar.

The stay was ok, but they dont help you with your luggage and they have stairs to get into main door. Also its annoying that they have to lock the main door and only open when you ring a bell, even when you trying to get out they have to be there to open the front door for you mind you the receptionist is not sitting there all the time as they get up to do something, I almost missed my uber waiting for the guy to go to counter and open the door.

Pros: Staff was great and breakfast was good - lots of options. Nice area. Hotel and rooms were very clean. Cons: We were awakened at 8am one morning by housekeepers moving furniture in the rooms just above us. When I spoke with them, they said "we're sorry, but this is the time when we have to clean." In other words, "sorry, not sorry." Cleaning is one thing, but it sounded like they were literally throwing furniture around, making as much noise as possible. The heat didn't work... we tried to adjust the heat up to 23 or 24 C but it would not go above 22 and we didn't get the sense that there was heat coming out of the air condition unit in any event - the fan would blow all night but the air coming out was not warm. There was nowhere in the shower to put soap or shampoo/body wash. You had to either balance it on the door frame or put it on the ground, which seemed unsanitary.

Good value for the money. Clean. 24hour reception. Reasonable breakfast. Not the best location but only 10 minute walk to the metro.

O hotel fica bem longe do metrô Loreto, porém tem elevador, um bom café da manhã, quarto espaçoso com frigobar e excelente banheiro. O atendimento é nota 10, pessoas que se preocupam com sua não estadia. Recomendo e voltaria .

Neat, clean and quiet area

Aamupala oli erittäin hyvä, huonesiivous oli tarjolla joka päivä ja henkilökunta oli ystävällistä! Huone oli tilava ja pääpiirteittäin siisti, kaikki tarvittava löytyi mutta pieni miinus että pussilakanoita ei heillä ole käytössä vaan täkki on hieman ällöttävästi vain kahden lakanan välissä. Positiivinen yllätys että huoneesta löytyi minibaari jota käytimme jääkaappina. Hyvä kokemus, suosittelen perus hyväksi hotelliksi!
