圣马可酒店

這個是劣評的，而且評價有點長，請讀者們見諒。 我的故事部份： 因為這次旅程是渡蜜月，所以一早我已在二月份安排好全付房錢，到六月四日 check in 入住三日。 時間上，六月四日當天，我是從維也納坐晚機去到羅馬，到hotel san marco 已經是六月五日凌晨兩點鐘才check in。 當我凌晨兩點check in 時，慘痛經歷就開始， hotel san marco 的職員對我說：我房間的廁所壞了，而他們也沒房。所以轉介另一酒店給我們。那間酒店是在一分鐘路程距離的，酒店名字叫 Hotel Galles。 我當時心想：（現在都很晚了，老婆也在，所以我選擇了轉介酒店，安頓好老婆大人，明天再算） 那後來去到 hotel galles check in，也是沒紀錄，所以hotel galles staff 就打去hotel san marco 傾和安排。當我入到hotel galles 安排給我的房間後，房間質數極差（不詳細說明），整體感覺只是一間賓館。當時最緊要做的事不是投訴，而是安頓好老婆大人。 因為房間質數落差太大，當然要轉酒店或房間，到第二天醒來，大約中午時間，我又去 hotel san marco check in , hotel san macro staff 說我們已經入住hotel galles , 所以不能再轉入住 hotel san macro 。當時要求一位經理，那位職員說：沒有經理，我當堂嚇呆，心想：一間3星酒店，中午時段竟然沒有經理當值。讀者們看到這裡，你們還敢訂此酒店的房嗎？ 當時我有用手機apps check ,hotel san macro 是有房間給我去訂的，價錢是 hotel galles 的兩倍。 我老婆對我說：（我們錢是一早已付足夠，住是差質數，真心是太委屈。） 整件事上，hotel.com 完全沒有問題，只是酒店做生意的方式不誠實。 我回到香港後，我致電去hotel.com 說明發生了此事，那位員工很好，很明白我，也建議我如果再有下次應對的方法，心靈上也得到安慰。謝謝你喔！所以我仍會用hotel.com來訂房的。

The hotel is near the "Castro Pretorio" MRT station. The breakfast was good.

This hotel is not acceptable for $240 per night. I was overcharged for this old and unsafe hotel. I expected a safe and relax place to enjoy my holiday. But unfortunately: 1. The lift has double doors and is like a metal safe and it’s so loud every time it stops. 2. My bed has no comforter or blanket, only a flat sheet. Pillow is so thin. 3. I almost fell from the toilet because the toilet is not sealed properly. Seal is all broken and not fixed. The back of toilet is leaking. 4. shampoo/body wash in one bottle. Only shower is provided. There’s no replenishment for 3 nights stay. 5. Receptionist was super slow. It took 20 minutes to arrange a room for me. I was the only customer at that time. He kept sighing and gave me a room for one night instead of 3 nights!! I corrected him. 6. No kettle in the room. In their websit saying coffee/tea. It’s a lie. I need to put deposit to get the kettle. The kettle was so dirty that I need to exchange another. The second one did not seem any better. 7. No Kleenex. The stuff said only 5 stars hotel provides kleenex. Toilet paper only is available!!! To be honest, I did not enjoy my stay at all plus I paid high price for this unsafe room. The hallway wall is coming apart and nobody is fixing it! I took picture and video to provide how dangerous the toilet. I hope Expedia will give me explanation.

Great location and overall

muy buen desayuno. El elevador es para dos personas y tarda muchísimo. en general, la habitación buena y el hotel Bueno. tiene cuarto de maletas que eso nos ayuda mucho, ya que nuestro vuelo al día mucho más tarde del check in. está a 12 cuadras de la estación Termini.

Great location, close to the train. Very clean

Good hotel, great location, 8 minute walk from the Roma Termini. Clean and nice looking room, very spacious bathroom. Was only there for one night. The only negatives were practically no hot water in shower and old AC, not sure it was working properly as the room felt warm though the temp was set to 20C

Localisation: près de Roma Termini. Chambre spacieuse avec balcon. Salle de bain spacieuse avec bain tourbillons, mais sortie du bain surélevée délicate. Tapis de l'escalier menant aux étages très défraîchi. Petit déjeuner : choix varié et bon, mais sélection ordinaire.

Never got to stay at this hotel, they said a mistake was made but how, I booked and paid months in advancepaidmonth

Staff were great,the room was clean,towels were changed every day,the bed was made up every day.10 minutes walk from the train station. A supermarket just around the corner. Great choice for breakfast.And reasonable priced

Close to places we want to be.

The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the train station Termini and subway. Very good choice of restaurants nearby. Staff was efficient and fast. Room was large. Breakfast offer a large choice of food a d beverages.

Staff atencioso, prestativo e gentil, porém apenas 1 atendente na recepção, o que gera demora no atendimento. O quarto é entregue impecável, mas notei q os banheiros não são limpos. Fora isso o hotel é uma graça, e o quarto com sacada deu um toque espetacular. DO LADO do metrô Castro Pretorio. O café da manhã é PERFEITO. Voltaria a me hospedar lá mesmo com os pontos negativos.

Conveniently located, reasonably priced, clean. Tiny elevator only houses 2 people with bags.

Despite a confirmed booking from Expedia, the hotel did not have my booking when I checked in. They eventually did find the Expedia booking but had apparently forgotten to enter it on their system. Fortunately they were still able to accommodate us.

Great 3 stars hotel, close to metro station and in a great neighbourhood. A lot restaurants around. Not to far from Roma Termini. We where three and we had a big room.

A nice little hotel in a very convenient location situated close to Termini railway station. Very clean and the staff were friendly. Would definitely stay again. Thanks

They did not have a power and we been told we can’t stay there due the power luck and we never got refund or phone call or email about it
