This is the worst hotel you could get in Venice. Be prepared to check into the rooftop bedroom, of which hundred of mosquitoes would be flying around and disturbing you over night. Oh btw, no air con is available and there’s a lot of stairs. I booked two nights but sadly none of the night was free of mosquitoes. It was simply a NIGHTMARE.

I booked two nights of this hotel, but hotel took me another building in the first night, and the building is beside the dark and narrow street, that is not acceptable, but the hotel was full that night, I didn't have choice at all. Then I requested to change back to hotel another night. The overall experience is not good.

Good and recommended. The staff are also good.

L'hôtel est situé loin de la gare de Venise (à environ 30-40 mins de marche). De plus, lorsque nous sommes arrivés pour faire le check-in, l'employé nous a mentionné qu'il n'y avait plus de chambre et nous a déplacés vers un autre hôtel à quelques minutes de marche. Dans l'autre hôtel, les chambres étaient vieilles. De plus, il n'y avait pas de coffre-fort ni de petit réfrigérateur. Le petit déjeuner était offert au besoin.

Estaba bastante limpio, la ubicación para ver lo máximo posible de Venecia en poco tiempo es ideal, cerca de la plaza San Marcos entre otros lugares de interés y cerca del transporte (vaporetto) el personal amable (recepción 24 horas que nos vino genial) y el desayuno correcto, igual a la foto que aparece en la web. Había aire acondicionado y nevera en la habitación. Las ventanas son nuevas, por lo que no se oía el ruido de la calle, pudimos descansar genial. El baño, estaba bien, limpio pero no había alcachofa extraíble para poder mojarte, únicamente la alcachofa que cuelga y las camas al ser 2 colchones individuales se separaban, pero era cómoda. Repetiría!

Hotel muito antigo, para chegar no nosso quarto, o elevador chegava até certo ponto e depois dois lances de escada íngremes. Quarto bem simples, ar condicionado pingava, banheiro com várias coisas estragadas.

We enjoyed our stay here! The place was clean and the biggest selling point was how close it was to everything! We loved that!

Pagamos pelas hospedagens no Hotel SAN Zulian e fomos direcionados para outro hotel parceiro ! Tivemos que dividir a família pelos dois hotéis.

The only thing that I could rescue from this hotel could be the location since is very near to San Marcos and the breakfast that was just okay. However the rooms were awful. We reserved two rooms for our 2 teenage boys and my husband and I, but they took us outside the hotel, going through one dark and smelly alley where we had our rooms. Although they were “clean”, they were very small and so dark. We couldn’t even open the windows. Then we couldn’t use the A/C, TV and the small fridge at the same time because there was just ONE outlet in place. The bathroom and the shower were so small that if you are a little overweight, you could not fit in there….hopefully we are not, BUT it was very uncomfortable to keep hitting the shower door. When we did the reservation, we saw other rooms that we guess were inside the hotel and they looked better, but our experience was totally different and we won’t recommend it to anyone.

Ring the bell next to the door right side or nock the door if you not see anyone in the reception anytime including midnight.

Das Zimmer, das wir nach dem Reklamieren des eigentlichen Zimmers bekamen, war geräumig, mit kleinem Badezimmer und mit mittelmäßigen Matratzen. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Die Lage ist super.

Quarto limpo, com café da manhã razoável. Senti falta de frutas.

Apesar da ótima localização, o hotel precisa melhorar em vários aspectos. O ar-condicionado é muito barulhento, o quarto e banheiro são pequenos e com mobília desgastada. Além disso, o café da manhã deixa a desejar na variedade, sem opções de frutas ou bolos."

Buen alojamiento, en general útil y con excelente ubicación...

Localização excelente , equipe de funcionários bons,quarto limpo. Não gostei do café da manhã, mas já era esperado, pois fomos informados previamente que seria café da manhã continental. Marluce Andrade

Excelente ubicación, fácil de llegar... Personal en algún turno, muy poco cordial, en otros, sin problema...
