The room was clean and all of the staff were very nice and accommodating, with the exception of one guy who worked overnight and did not lift a finger to help me, even though I told him I was sick, hungry and dizzy. Uhmb, I hope I spelt the name right, was an angel! He let me use his phone to call my husband who had became hospitalized and loaned me a charger so I could charge my phone. He was very patient and a real Godsend!! The older Indian gentleman was great as well. Even the housekeeper helped me load my luggage on the elevator.

Tive uma experiência excelente neste hotel. A localização é simplesmente perfeita — próximo a estação roma termini, com fácil acesso a transporte público, o que facilitou bastante os deslocamentos durante a estadia. O quarto estava impecável, extremamente limpo e organizado. Acomodação confortável, cama ótima e ambiente silencioso. Recomendo fortemente para quem busca praticidade, conforto e excelente custo-benefício. Com certeza me hospedaria novamente!

Lovely hotel, staff were excellent. Great location within walking distance to the attractions. Could do with a little tlc but for the price absolutely great, we had a very enjoyable stay.
