Rooms were a nice size,manager amd staff excellent,decent breakfast .Good,location

It is close to the cruise terminal.

Internet reception was poor in the room. Best reception was on the ground floor. Room lighting could be brighter in all the rooms. Service and staff were very good and friendly

Very nice hotel. Stayed before a cruise. The owner was helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and spacious for Europe.

The room was clean. The hotel was affordable and close to the seaport.

The Hotel is very good. It is spartan but Johnny at Reception will provide everything possible and does an excellent job. The young lady looking after the Breakfast is a hard worker and very efficient. The hotel also arranged for transportation from the airport and then for the cruise. Both were good and on time. We were also put in contact with Federico who took us on a three hour tour of the countryside and is available to take you wherever you wish to sightsee. He also does a dinner event which we did not have an opportunity to try. You can get information at Reception re contacting him. We recommend the Hotel Traiano and Federico.

Staff were helpful. Transfers were available which helped.

Hotel and staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had a large room with a kitchenette and washer. While the rooms are older the hotel is clean and well kept.

Hotel carino, pulito e silenzioso, situati a pochi minuti dall'ospedale e a 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni. La caratteristica che ho gradito di più è la facilità di parcheggio, un grosso problema a Civitavecchia, oltre alla zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Camera pulita, spaziosa e con TV. Bagno pulito e fornito di shampoo e bagno schiuma. unica pecca, la poca luce in camera. Consigliato a famiglie, singoli e gente di passaggio come me.

Comfortable stay.

Although a bit removed from the tourist area, it is a diamond in the rough. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, it is not the most modern, but it has a charm and warmth not found on the shore area. Johnny seems to work 24/7 on the desk, as a warm greeter and knowledgeable concierge. The licensed shuttle to the port was comfortable and half the price of the other hotels. I will be back.

For us it was an excellent place to stay the night before our cruise. Very reasonable price, clean and spacious room, friendly and helpful staff - and breakfast was included! Just don't go in expecting The Ritz and you'll be fine.

People were very nice, unfortunately our safe in room didn't work but the owner/manager offered the hotel safe to keep our documents. Good location to walk around.

The staff was courteous and accommodating. The room was much larger than we have experienced throughout Europe. Clean and comfortable. Shuttle to the port is convenient.

Had a wonderful time, Hotel was very nice & clean, friendly staff!

The room good but my problem was with the shuttle service that I paid to get me to the cruise ship port. Upon arriving I told the clerk I am on the celebrity ascent ship and will need to leave at 10 30 am next day. 10 30 next day they told me my shuttle has arrived got on and they took me to the wrong port I ask the driver is this the celebrity ship port and he said yes. Now I had to find to take a bus back to the bus station and a new bus to take me to the right port with lugging all my luggage. Very disappointed with my shuttle service from this hotel.

The staff was really nice and accommodating. I liked how they offered shuttle service from the airport and to the port.
