Very friendly hotel owner and so helpful. Arranged our evening dinner at sister hotel/restaurant with transportation too!!!! Helped with our transportation to the pier the next day! Nice enjoyable breakfast included the next morning!!!t very SAFE!!!!

This hotel was very clean, charming, and had an amazing complimentary breakfast in the morning. The staff was friendly, helpful and kind. Great place to stay and a convenient location to the port where our cruise ship was departing from.

good location to walk to boardwalk and restaurants. Breakfast was included which was North American buffet style.

The hotel provided what we paid for, the rooms were spacious, clean and the breakfast was good. Staff was helpful shout out to Elasio front desk was very helpful.

Great size room for 3 adults? Breakfast was great? Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very close to Civitavecchia downtown and cruise port. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was very accommodating when it came to transportation. Nice balcony off the room. Good location for access to the port. The mattress on the bed was very hard. Spacious room.

The room is nice and clean. Shuttle available to the cruise port and back. The staff is excellent with a nice breakfast. Gianni at the front desk was very helpful and wonderful.

The beds were not comfortable, and the shower water was not running good. The sheets were so old.

We used this hotel as overnight pre cruise stay. Overall the staff were friendly and helpful pointed out how to reach the sea front and town approx 20 mins walking from the hotel. The sister hotel were could book for an evening the meal was booked up, reception recommended a restaurant 10 minutes away Migual del Gusto which was good. The hotel itself is in need of a update the decco is looking tired, the beds are abit uncomfortable did not sleep very well, however the rooms are large. The hotel would benefit by having a bar available on a evening, breakfast was ok. We booked the airport transport through the hotel, this worked ok the only thing i recomend is in the instruction for airport you need to be out of tge east exit for limo pick up service. If you are looking for reasonable priced hotel somewhere to stay certainty for pre night cruise stay this hotel is ok

Really nice hotel for a pre-cruise night, safe and convenient. Breakfast was really nice and good location, I would recommend it.

Clean room, staff is very helpful and very good breakfast.one suggestion,please change the carpet in the elevator to make the hotel look nicer.
