Aman Ramoussin 5/5 il y a un jour sur Google On ne pouvait pas trouver mieux : Hôtel style vénitien avec un mobilier, certe ancien, mais très stylé. Propreté irréprochable. Calme. Le personnel, accueillant et toujours disponible, parle français. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. Notre chambre, au 1er étage avec vue sur le canal, est spacieuse et bien équipée : la salle de bain refaite à neuf avec douche italienne. Séjour de 4 nuits et le linge de bain changé chaque jour. Cet Hôtel situé devant un arrêt Vaporetto est un havre de paix. Merci beaucoup pour l'accueil et le service. Je recommande sans aucune hésitation. Encore merci.

PROS: Located next to the canal and close to the boat taxi. We thought the breakfast was good. Of the very few places that offer breakfast. AC worked well and the room is clean (though oddly the "do not disturb" sign was ignored and they entered regardless but just cleaned the bathroom not the room). CONS: Bed bugs!! I thought it was mosquitoes, then sure enough, the telltale multiple bites in a row down my arms. I tried to explain to morning receptionist and he just yelled that he didn't know what I was saying to come back later. Room was spacious but very dated. Tried to close the curtains to clock the sun and was shocked to see huge holes all over them which did not help block. Elevator is sooo slow, it took a few minutes to go 1 floor. Overall, most of the staff seems unfriendly and unwelcoming.

O hotel é bem antigo em todos os aspectos. Precisa de uma renovação. Mas é bem localizado estando na primeira parada do barco que vem do aeroporto e a uma distância caminhável da estação de trem e também das demais atrações da cidade. Tem vários restaurantes ao lado do hotel. O Café da manhã é bom. Com boas opções. E o hotel tel um local específico para deixar as malas depois do checkout, o que foi bastante útil.

The hotel was very conveniently situated. Staff was helpful. Very accommodating. Room were big and clean. We had a wonderful time

Great place

Breakfast had very limited options. They didn't even provide fruits. The staff at the reception was very rude. When we complained about our heater, which was running unnecessarily the entire night, he replied with a very rude tone that we atleast have a room with canal view. The room was very small and unnecessarily gaudy. It didn't had enough space for two people. Only thing which was better is the location. It is located close to the main station. Also, I would appreciate the cleaning staff. The hotel, the room, and the bathroom, in general, was very clean.

la habitación era pequeñísima,por la web nos daban una habitacion que no tenia nada que ver con la realidad y menos para familia , baño sin ducha , mobiliario viejo y roto , techos de la habitación muy bajos, la habitación en general mal , desayudo normal , hotel muy justo y muy caro para lo que ofrecen

Very old, the toilet has a leak, no air conditioning, very bad experience

Loud banging in the room, complained 3 times and nothing was done. Turns out we was next to the boiler room, which banged all night and day. Finally got moved on the last night to a quieter room

Équipement dégradé et vieillissant mal entretenu

Estaba todo limpio, las vistas hermosas, la cama muy cómoda, había olor a humedad en los pasillos y escaleras. El único inconveniente fue el bufet libre, un poco flojo y limitado.
