Good and quiet place if you need to take the morning flight from Milan Malpensa airport

Really appreciate the concierge lady who came and helped clean the room after my mum threw up. She deserves a raise!

Excellent choice for staying close to airport for early flight. Staff extremely friendly and helpful! Shuttle to-from airport very quick! We had dinner in the hotel and it was lovely. And the rooms were very clean and spacious.

Staff was super nice and informative, and we really appreciated the restaurant taking us in close to closing time with no reservation! The room was stunning, we really hope we can come back sometime in a little warmer weather to truly soak in a beautiful sunrise on that unbelievable patio/balcony outside the room we had (204)

The room was spotless and the staff very courteous. The hotel in general was amazing. Great choice for a hotel near the airport.

The staff was wonderful, but bed was hard, thermostat didn’t work and television didn’t work. Be sure to bring your own shampoo and conditioner because the shower just had a 3-in-1 cleanser

The room was quiet, neat and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which I appreciated as i arrived very late at night. The shuttle service was efficient.

Quite convenient if you need a place close to the main Milan airport, and the restaurant in the hotel is quite good, too. The rooms are on the small side but plenty nice for an overnight stay. The only downer we experienced was that when we needed a shuttle from the airport, no one at the hotel would answer the hotel's phone. And even though the distance between the hotel and the airport is a short one, the way is not really walkable, especially at night -- a dark and busy highway, with essentially no sidewalk or shoulder (we tried). After walking back to the airport, I finally found an alternate hotel phone number, buried in one of their emails to me, and they answered that time and so we eventually got our shuttle ride -- but it was a frustrating time when we couldn't reach anyone for an hour or so (after along day of traveling).
