Estivemos por uma noite neste hotel e foi a pior experiência de hotel que já tivemos!
Por fora parece um casarão antigo e impressiona, porém por dentro é antiquado e com móveis desgastados
Ao chegarmos não havia rampas para carregarmos nossas malas e fomos obrigados a subir escadas com bagagem pesada já na entrada do hotel e também no caminho do quarto no térreo
O café da manhã foi terrível com muita desorganização e alimentos ruins além de oferta precária de variedades e local apertado com hóspedes se debatendo para pegar uma xícara de café
Não recomendamos, um quatro estrelas que nem uma merece!

Staff was very helpful, including shuttle driver!! Appreciate the rides! Room was clean and ready. Breakfast was good! Nice location close to the airport! As usual for European hotels, AC was off so room was a bit hot. We didn’t want to leave window open due to possible airport noise.

The beds were very hard, the shower was very small, and when I ordered tiramisu at dinner it was not brought out for 30+ minutes, but the people behind us got theirs in minutes, 30 minutes after we ordered ours. It was cold and premade.
