Fantastic hotel. We only stayed the one night before flying out the following morning. We had a huge room with a gorgeous balcony which was lovely to chill at with a glass of wine and the bed was super comfy. It’s only 5 mins from the airport yet peacefully quiet. They have a very efficient transfer system which only costs 3.50 Euros pp - much better than the flat minimum 20 Euro fee charged by the taxis at the airport. We ate at the restaurant onsite and it was really good and very reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again next time we fly to Milan.

I had a very frustrating experience staying here. While the property itself is beautiful and conveniently located near the airport, the service across multiple touchpoints felt dismissive and, at times, outright rude. At the end of my stay, I was called just two minutes before my shuttle departure and it left without me, which was extremely stressful and poorly handled. There were also unexpected additional fees buried in the fine print that were never clearly explained at check-in. When I raised this, the concierge was passive-aggressive and insisted this lack of transparency was “industry standard,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional. Dining was similarly disappointing—the restaurant staff made it seem like they were doing me a favour by taking my order, and overall I felt unwelcome. The pool is nice, but the Wi-Fi was poor, and the service issues ultimately outweighed the positives. I would not stay here again.

J’ai beaucoup aimé mon séjour! L’hôtel est vraiment magnifique et les chambres sont très confortables. Le transfert vers l’aéroport s’est déroulé parfaitement, ce qui est un vrai plus. Seul petit bémol : certains espaces, comme le bar et le restaurant, sont un peu plus démodés. Cela dit, l’endroit demeure unique et vraiment exceptionnel, surtout compte tenu de sa proximité avec l’aéroport. C’est une excellente option pour prolonger son voyage en Italie jusqu’à la toute dernière minute. J’y retournerais sans hésitation.

If you are not quite ready to let go of Italy before flying out of Malpensa, this charming and ornate villa is just a 5 minute shuttle away. Our room ended up being a spacious and comfortable suite with private balcony and a view of cows and pastures. You could barely hear the airport. Amenities were excellent and bathroom fully upgraded. A very good restaurant and good buffet breakfast. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Overall a real gem.
