Good and quiet place if you need to take the morning flight from Milan Malpensa airport

Really appreciate the concierge lady who came and helped clean the room after my mum threw up. She deserves a raise!

I arrived just before midnight and was upgraded to a room with big bed. As usual the breakfast was excellent and my first day in Milano began with a smile!

It was a solid airport transfer hotel. High costs make sense given the convenience. The place is impeccable and the feel is modern while keeping some of the historic aesthetic. The check in counter staff are a bit grumpy but helpful in all ways that matter.

From the front desk staff to maid service to the shuttle van driver, everyone was friendly and welcoming. It was great to have a shuttle van as our flight was early in the morning. Breakfast was pleasing and had a good selection. I enjoyed the coffee machine which was able to make espressos, cappuccinos, Americano’s or Doppio’s. My wife liked the tea selection as well.. The hotel is only 1 1/2 miles from the airport and they drop you off right at your departure airline. Thanks to all at for a wonderful time at Hotel Villa Malpensa. Sincerely, Patrick & Cassie

Nice hotel in an old Italian style. They offer free airport shuttle to and from the airport. Very convenient location for an early/late flight

Airport shuttle was quick and efficient. Free breakfast was good and the on site restaurant was excellent. You can get lighter meals in the barn, but it doesn't open until 4 pm

WOW a hidden gem 3 minutes from the airport and they have a shuttle. Looks like it should be a movie setting.

Väldigt fin villa/herrgård, men blev väldigt varmt och instängt och saknade air conditioner. Det var även många små flugor/knott inne i vårt rum och några spindlar i taket.

Breakfast bar was very good. Dinner was good and staff was attentive and friendly. Room was clean and quiet. Close to the airport/train station. Would stay here again.

Shuttle driver drove angry, and not like in the good way that gets you to you gate on time but more like the type that results in a broken luggage wheel. Room had like zero ventilation. Oh, and for future guests, the water in the mini-fridge is free, but they don’t tell you this anywhere. You are supposed to just know that it is not on the price list that is proudly displayed. So tap water it was. The outside is pretty.

Fiquei hospedada no Hotel Villa Malpensa por uma noite para pegar um voo bem cedo em MXP e achei a experiência muito boa. O hotel é muito bonito, extremamente limpo e fica a menos de 5 minutos do terminal internacional, o que facilita muito para quem precisa dormir perto do aeroporto. Os jardins são muito bem cuidados e deixam o ambiente agradável e charmoso. O quarto em que fiquei era para quatro pessoas, bem amplo e confortável. O banheiro também era bom e tinha um ótimo kit de higiene. A cama e os travesseiros eram confortáveis, garantindo uma boa noite de sono antes da viagem. O transfer de ida e volta para o aeroporto funciona bem e é bastante prático. Vale apenas deixar o horário reservado com antecedência, porque eles precisam verificar disponibilidade de vagas no horário desejado. O único ponto negativo foi o café da manhã. O café da máquina estava ruim e havia poucas opções de frutas e pães, com maior foco em itens doces. Mesmo assim, pela localização, conforto e praticidade, voltaria a me hospedar no hotel.

Fantastic hotel. We only stayed the one night before flying out the following morning. We had a huge room with a gorgeous balcony which was lovely to chill at with a glass of wine and the bed was super comfy. It’s only 5 mins from the airport yet peacefully quiet. They have a very efficient transfer system which only costs 3.50 Euros pp - much better than the flat minimum 20 Euro fee charged by the taxis at the airport. We ate at the restaurant onsite and it was really good and very reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again next time we fly to Milan.

Excelente custo benefício para quem vai pegar vôo em Malpensa. O lugar é lindo, ar puro, jardim florido e bem cuidado. Rende belas fotos. Restaurante com comida maravilhosa. Bom café da manhã. Traslado aeroporto-hotel-aeroporto a preço bem acessível. Nem 5 minutos do aeroporto.

I had a very frustrating experience staying here. While the property itself is beautiful and conveniently located near the airport, the service across multiple touchpoints felt dismissive and, at times, outright rude. At the end of my stay, I was called just two minutes before my shuttle departure and it left without me, which was extremely stressful and poorly handled. There were also unexpected additional fees buried in the fine print that were never clearly explained at check-in. When I raised this, the concierge was passive-aggressive and insisted this lack of transparency was “industry standard,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional. Dining was similarly disappointing—the restaurant staff made it seem like they were doing me a favour by taking my order, and overall I felt unwelcome. The pool is nice, but the Wi-Fi was poor, and the service issues ultimately outweighed the positives. I would not stay here again.

のんびりできてよかったです。ただ周りに徒歩圏内で出かけるところがなかったのでアクティブに楽しみたいなら街中のホテルかなと思いました。
