A beautiful hotel on a quiet neighbourhood with public vaporetto transport right out front. Easy access to Venice by water. Only challenge we had was that the room we had looked into what was an abandoned building / Constrction storage site so we had a view of a bunch of junk. Also the kitcheb staff would often be working and talking right below our room- making noise very early in the morning.

Perfect location with great amenities. The airport shuttle was a great help. We spent three days in Venice and two in Murano. If we had to do over we would have booked all five nights with Hyatt.

Fantastic staff, wonderful location, beautiful hotel, beds weren’t the comfiest & the water did not get very hot. Otherwise great place to stay and would stay again!

The front desk staff can use some more training. Other than that the property and rooms was perfect. Comfortable bathrooms. The breakfast is totally worth it. The staff at the breakfast was great.

A lovely hotel! The best location with a water taxi station directly in front of the hotel. The hotel itself has a lovely aesthetic. The staff could not be any nicer, more helpful or friendly. My best dining experience was at the restaurant here at my hotel at the Hyatt centric in Murano! A lovely service with a proper wine pour. The bar was super fun! My bed pillows and sheets were very comfortable. I do however have one complaint. For some reason hotel guests cannot use the hotel spa without an additional fee and not only a fee but an hourly fee which I found to be extremely tacky and something I’ve never experienced in hotels any hotel all over the world.

We had a wonderful time here, the hotel was conveniently located right across from the boat transportation. Everyone was so very friendly, staff and guests, except the woman who checked us out. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but she was very unfriendly. The bartender, Stan, was amazing! His drinks were great and he made the bar fun! Both my husband I said what a different perception we had of the hotel before and after we checked out. It’s amazing the difference one person can make, the whole trip was amazing but she left kind of a bad taste🙁

It was great hotel in brilliant location. From Murano to Venice it takes only 10min by the boat. Stuff very friendly, lovely food, clean and comfy rooms. Cant ask for better. 5 star out of 5

We liked being near the ferry and loved the option of being picked up at the airport. We found the bed and pillows to be uncomfortable, there were ants in our bathroom, we kept stubbing our toes on the bench at the end of the bed, and we couldn't get the air conditioner to work.

Location is excellent and rooms are quiet. However, communication with reception is very weak. I completed 2 online requests for shuttle pickup prior to arrival and made 2 phone calls to confirm pick up prior to arrival but never received a response. Consequently I made 2 phone calls from the US to confirm receipt but was told to complete the online form again. Upon arrival in Venice I called twice from the airport and was requested once again to complete the online form. Eventually pick up worked out but only because I made repeated calls. Staff at the reception were nice but misinformed about basic information such as hours of operation of the restaurant. Calls to the reception went unanswered after 9:00 pm. Nice hotel but appears to be understaffed and unable to respond to demands of large tours which it caters to.

Stayed during carnival and it was very quiet on Murano with easy access to Venice to participate in carnival. Excellent staff very clean and easy walking to many restaurants and shopping

Large and comfortable room, nice and quiet in the island of Murano, with the Museo stop for the vaporetto right at the door. Service was excellent, they had the beautiful detail of gifting me with a bottle of Prosecco for my birthday, nice! The personnel at the desk provide you with all info you need. It has a restaurant for breakfast and dinner, not sure for lunch. Stan and Ricky from the bar were great and lots of fun, they celebrated my BDay with music and dance. Thank you all!

I love this hotel, everything is good. The staff is very polite and professional. I really appreciate the two guys working at bar, they make you feel home. I love Venice…

Nice inside but no air to the room. Staff did supply a fan that was helpful.

The staff were lovely but the hotel was run like a gongshow. Any small request became a big task as they had to jump through hoops to follow their silly procedures to achieve anything. Amenities were only available with reservations and. The rooms were swelteringly hot even with the heat turned down ( mid winter). This was the most we paid for a hotel on this holiday and it was the most disappointing.

Rooms were clean and nice. The surrounding area is quiet and it’s easy to get on the Vaporetto from the hotel.
