Cozy and comfortable. Morden facility with quiet neighborhood. For transportation a bit far from main island but Ferry 3 go straight to Ple Roma in 15mins while Ferry 4.1/4.2 takes 1 hour from San Marco. And 4.2 runs from morning from midnight about 22:00 so no need to worry about transportation too much.

非常棒的酒店，但早餐有點單調，下次去威尼斯還會繼續預定這裡！

房間雖小，但環境整潔乾淨，飯店內或外面用餐區都非常有設計感，而且早餐 非 常 好 吃!! 唯二缺點: 1. 房間的水龍頭超級難開，我因為手腕受傷的關係，甚至需要兩隻手才打得開... 2. 晚上戶外區會有非常多蚊子，無法好好享受高貴的晚餐，最後只好快快吃完匆匆地跑回房間。

Rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent, friendly and knowledgeable.

The AC in the room is a passive system where they run chilled water through the walls. The room was very warm according to American standards and the first night was uncomfortable to sleep. By the second day the temperature had cooled down. I understand that many hotels in Venice and the surrounding island don’t have Ac at all. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Murano. The Hotel overall was very nice.

The restaurant was quiet and I had the Eggplant Parm. It was exquisite. Directions given by the staff were very helpful. Except for a little renovation the place was very nice.

My stay was very short and therefore not of much consequence as to the amenities. Sidewalk café was wonderful for an evening meal. Staff bent over backwards to accommodate my needs. Checked out at 5am.

This is a terrible place to stay if you're coming for vacation, the staff does not care. They are careless and aloof. They almost made us miss our flight because they messed up the shuttle for the airport and no apologies. No credit nothing charged us on top of that extra to get to the airport. They're supposed to pick us up from the airport. Never did they will not answer the phone there is no room service. They lie about room service and the front desk is unattended often and good luck having someone answer the phone. The worst service we've had in any of our international states this was the worst. The biggest problem was the staff they are terrible And careless

Stairs in our room up to be a little scary at night. Beware the breakfast. We changed reservations for the last day, and learned that breakfast was NOT included. Was 29 euros...very steep. Beware: This wasnt clear! Shuttle to airport convenient but expensive. Alilaguna about a 12 minute walk and less than half the cost.

The room was lovely, but it was a two-story set up, with the bed in the upstairs alcove. As the bathroom was below, this may not be the best arrangement for older guests. The location of the hotel was excellent and the room was very quiet at night. Excellent if you are looking to have an island of tranquility away from the hustle of Venice. Staff was multilingual and quite helpful. I left my luggage at the hotel—I arrived early—and when I returned the room was ready and my bags had been placed in the room already. Wonderful service and worthy of return visits.

Great Place

The overall establishment was well cleaned, staffed, and equipped with the necessary amenities. The location is very good with a water taxi boarding site located directly in front of the hotel. My recommendation would be to be prepared for poor AC. The hotel staff may be able to provide a fan however. It was explained to me by the staff that property's staff that the AC is a unilateral AC unit which provides the same output to all rooms.

it's not what HYATT is normally. I will not come back again.

We chose to return to this hotel because we enjoyed it so much the first time. About 5.00pm each night the day trippers leave and the serenity and beauty of Murano is compelling. It is quiet, rooms are comfortable and staff, especially at breakfast are delightful. The breakfast selection is huge and high quality with as much coffee or tea (or prosecco) as you want. There are five or six excellent restaurants within easy walking distance and the shopping is amazing.

나는 스위트룸 운하전망방을 예약했는데, 일반방을 배정받았습니다. 이해할수가 없습니다. 한마디 안내도 없었고 방키를 열고 들어가는순간 너무 놀랐습니다. 아침식사때 식당담당자님은 너무 친철했습니다.
